Wow. Unbelieveable. Baked beans and coleslaw were old and tasted AWFUL! to top it off, look st how much was given for a side. That’s 2 dorks full of coleslaw. This is the 2nd time in a row that we have had issues when ordering lunch from here. Rude people that work there and their poor attitude reflects in the quality they serve. I wish I could give negative stars. Might as well shut the joint down.

Amazing steak burgers and shoestring fries and the chili tastes like homemade! Then we come to the Authentic hand dipped shakes which are creamy unlike the chemical tasting ones at other fast food joints!

Placed an order for pickup. Arrived at the store and couldn’t really tell if it was open. It’s not lit up at all and looks really dark from the road. Went thru the drive thru to pick up my order and was made to go in. Get inside and the employees are complaining about people placing pickup and delivery orders. They were rude when asking name for pick up order and when the lady brought the food and drinks over she just sat it down and walked away. No have a nice day or anything. Even after thanking her and telling her and the gentleman that was cooking to have a good evening, I got nothing in return which is rude to me. I could tell I was an inconvenience being in their establishment so I picked up my order and walked out. Get to my destination and realize 2 of the 4 drinks were wrong. Open the bag to pass food out to my kids to find that one of the 4 fries was missing and 1 of the burgers was made wrong. I have always had a great experience at every steak n shake I have visited, but this one missed the mark in so many ways. I wish I had read the reviews before spending nearly $40 on dinner for my kids. They are located in a great place and could do really well in the area if they had someone running the restaurant that took pride in their job and wanted to see the business succeed.

Sign that says open was turned off and no cars were outside (its 2pm). Saw a shadow inside and decided to go in. They don’t do sit down orders anymore so we ordered at the front entrance where you normally pay. Wasn’t like a menu on the wall or anything just 2 laminated menus taped to the counter. Staff was super friendly. Half of the dining room was shut down because one of the ceiling tiles had fallen down. Otherwise food was okay. Just definitely run down time for a redo and more employees.
