I had ordered the ciabatta French dipper because I had ordered one about a week or so prior and really liked it. First mistake was stopping there. Second mistake was what I ordered. Drive thru took forever. Third ordering what I ordered. There was very little sandwich contents. Tried to call the restaurant to complain and not a soul answered. I will be calling again. Or walking in.

It’s a cleaner location than most. The food is made quickly. However prices are feeling too high, especially considering they no longer make bread fresh in-house. I found out after ordering a You Pick 2 meal, that I had an unused reward for a free treat(that was applicable). Every Panera that I’ve been to would inform me when I have an eligible and expiring reward, but not here. The cashier took my phone and order, even called me by name, but failed to help me get some benefit out of having a Panera account.

Placed an order for pick up at lunch 11:05am. I ordered a 1/2 BLT on the tomato basil bread with extra bacon (extra charge) with no mixed greens. This sandwich was a joke. It had the mixed greens on it, tomatoes that I would and did throw in garbage and no extra bacon. Looked like two strips chopped up. This sandwich use to come at least warm but when it is cold bacon the bacon is hard to chew it makes it like rubber. Disgusted by it. If I hadn’t been back to work I would have taken it back to them.

Whomever made the broccoli cheddar soup this morning needs to be dealt with. I’ve eaten this soup 50+ times from at least five or six different Paneras, and this was water. It was as thin as water—yellow cheddar-flavored water with maybe two shards of broccoli in it. It was like they put a 75% cut on it. If I want my stuff stepped on, I’ll go to 22nd Street.
It was horrible, and this is coming from someone who loves Panera. Hope this ain’t the new norm.

I only eat vegetarian, so my experience is with the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich, the egg croissant and bakery stuff. The veggie sandwich is one of the best I have had at any Panera location and they toasted the bread too on request. The baguettes are awesome, soft with a tough exterior and very tasty. The location is well maintained and I find it very cozy to sit by the windows in the warm sun in these cold days. The staff is very polite and helpful.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is so good. I got the cheddar and broccoli sourdough bowl and my friend got the broccoli man and cheese. The kids loved the broccoli mac and cheese. My bowl was almost gone, it is so filling. My daughter loved her cookie that was in the shape of a mitten with icing on it.
My only thing that I can say that needs to be worked on was the cleanliness of the place. The tables, floors, and chairs were dirty, especially the high chairs.

I wish I took a picture I was just so mad I just threw it away. I work across the street. My husband went to pick up my lunch for me to have. He got there when they first open mind you so everything SHOULD have been fresh. When I got to my Broccoli cheddar soup it was watery, and separated. It was not even edible. My Salad hardly had any lettuce in it and what lettuce it did have was wilted and brown. The chicken in the salad was very wet for some reason. Food coast way too much to be messed up. It use to be a place you could go and didn’t mind spending the money for it because you knew it would be good quality. If I want crap in a bag I can go to McDonald’s for that.
