Its been awhile since Ive had a McDonald’s egg mcmuffin but last I checked eggs are not green unless youre reading a Dr. Seuss book. The drive thru gentleman was short and definitely did nkt want to be there. No condiments were offered, sugar an milk for coffee nor ketchup for mcmuffin. The McMuffin was dry, and seemed as if it had sitting for awhile. Just didn’t taste right, when I looked the egg was mostly green! I ripped it in half to inspect further, it showed green on inside as well. I took it back in, and the young lady advised thats normal if they are old!! REALLY?! I was more taken aback at the normalcy attitude from her as if “meh” just a green egg. What am I missing here?

The drive-thru here is always extremely slow, and the staff consistently come across as rude. Basic customer service—like a simple ‘hello’ or ‘thank you’—is rare. I understand working all day can be tough, but I’m just trying to grab some food after a long day. A little courtesy and acknowledgment would go a long way, instead of making customers feel like their presence is a burden.

I never do reviews or surveys. This will be my first because this McDonalds was awful. The cheeseburger was old. Meat patty was hard . The cheese you could tell it had melted then harden. Obvious the burger was hours old. Also ordered 2 hot fudge sundae. Cups were barely over half full. They were sad sundae I do not know if they are under new management since the last time I visited there but will not take another chance wasting money on food that I can not eat.

I eat here a couple times a month since it’s a convenient location for me.
It’s always fast, hot, and the staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The very few times I’ve had to wait it’s typically less than a couple of minutes and I’m always greeted by someone who is smiling and a great attitude. I really like coming here and I know how demanding fast food work can be.

As this is the only 24 hour McDonalds in the area I’ve tried ordering here a few times. When it’s late at night and you pull up to the window no one will talk to you. Food & service take a ridiculously long time. Hire more staff perhaps? Or just close at midnight or 2am like other locations. Never order from here once the sun goes down, it would be quicker to go into the woods and hunt for dinner.

I would not recommend this site. I recently visited twice. The Egg McMuffin and Sausage McMuffins’ were cold and hard. They were obviously made hours before I arrived. There was no staff available to take orders. We had to get back in the car and go through the drive-thru. There were numerous homeless people inside and out. Something needs to change at this site. At one time it was nice, clean with friendly staff. Not now.

We got into Asheville from a flight around 1:30 am, and there are not a lot of quick, drive-through options open at this time. I found this 24-hour McDonald’s, which was a 7-minute drive from the airport. We ordered ahead on the app, pulled up to the drive-through speaker and let them know we had an online order, and got our food within a few minutes. I ordered the McDouble meal deal with an orange Hi-C. The food was good, they made my McDouble correctly (no pickles, no mustard) and it was quick. It’s all I could ever ask for, and I was very grateful to be able to eat my dinner at that unusual time!

Although the lady who handed me my food was nice, and the location was nice and clean, my food was a fail. It was not fresh at all, and everyone knows McDonald’s fries any way other than fresh are terrible. I never eat McDonald’s unless it is moment of craving or stopping in while on the road, this time I was on the road but nevertheless fresh food would have been nice.

Honestly I don’t recommend McDonald’s to anybody like I wouldn’t even really feed McDonald’s to my dog. It doesn’t biodegrade, the food does not biodegrade at all. It just gets harder, just gets harder and harder and harder. I wouldn’t feed this to somebody that was on their dying bed. Asking for a hamburger, and it was the only store within a three hundred mile radius, we can do battery guys.We can do better than mcdonald’s but I did eat here do what you will with this information
