Service was good.
Taco Tuesday a success I’d say.
Oh and the Horchata was really good. I loved the Horchata I think most of all.
My son loved his fish tacos which were huge! Beautifully topped and loaded with fresh veges !
I had the grilled shrimp tacos which were pretty good. Nice and filling.
Salsas and pico de gallo are very delicious especially with their corn chips. I love the corn chips.
Try the lemon salted peppers! They’re so delicious ! We got 3 but I wished I had bought more!
My mom had changed her mind to switch out the meet of one of her tacos and it wasn’t clear what the lady at the register said and then goes on to tell us “you need to cancel it” is such a rude tone which took me and my mom by surprise as again we thought she had said something else.
Then when we get the order I walk up to the counter and she’s chatting with another customer with a very good attitude but the moment I get there and she noticed me she just looked upset I was there, and the other girl packing up the orders was also very rude as I was asking for this fish sauce and tell me they don’t know what that is while the customer whom the cashier was talking to gave her that same exact sauce I was asking for and called it the same name I told them, and the girl who is packing up the orders tells me to look in the condiments bar which I did so but there was no fish sauce there.
Definitely my first and last time in this Hole Mole location due to this unpleasant experience, can’t lie the food is good but the service does leave a bitter taste.
I usually choose to support businesses like Hole Mole because they operate legally—paying rent, taxes, insurance, staff wages, and health permits. I believe customer service should reflect that professionalism. I also avoid supporting street vendors, as they often operate unsafely, do not pay taxes, and do not follow proper health or safety regulations. Better attention and courtesy would make the experience much better.
Every single Tuesday I try to make it to Hole Mole.
I hear the burritos are good also, but the tacos call to me too loudly to steer toward any other item.
2 different team members went and touch our food (no gloves) with the excuse of counting our tacos as if we were trying to scam them. They spent like 5 minutes counting them until we rather paid for the taco we were missing.
The food was already cold and the manager seemed more intimidating than willing to fix the situation.
The salsas also seemed to be bad.
