Super disappointed in the cinnamon swirls. Looked like the grease needed to be changed and it has been sitting out! To pay $8.49 and the product looked and tasted awful was really disappointing. The grill cheese burger was awesome! Just wish I could’ve topped it off with something sweet! I was looking forward into trying those swirls! Disappointed

I took my daughter here to celebrate her new job for lunch and a drink at this location. The food was good. However the service was awful we barely seen our server we didnt even get to order are drinks literally. We did ask to start off with water and we would get something else as well we were looking at a drink menu when she walked away.. That never happened due to our server not coming back to even check on us . Then the host sat 5 more tables in her section which she obviously couldn’t handle therefore customers were getting neglected. The next time we seen our server was after waiting for her to bring our check which we had to wait for her to greet and get drinks to three other tables before she got our check to us. I would NOT recommend coming here for lunch especially in a hurry. This is not the kind of service I expect when I go out to eat

My wife and I, stopped by for lunch. I’ll begin our experience by complimenting our server (Victoria), for being nothing short of, special. Victoria, had the most beautiful smile and was helpful w/regards to menu selections,; she truly made our dining experience….AWESOME!!! We decided on the 2 for $25, w/my wife opting for the Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger (oh yes, you read that right!), while I chose the Riblet platter. We got to choose an appetizer and went w/crispy onion rings (super crispy, flavorful & darn right, yummy!). Overall, the food, service, atmosphere, was wonderful!!! Also, it appeared other diners there when we were, seemed to be echoing everything I just mentioned. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this Applebee’s! From the host, waiter and food! The speed of service was excellent, the food was great. Our waiter, I think his name was Kane, was amazing. Even with having extra tables added to him because another staff member had to leave, he still stayed on top of our service, keep our drinks filled and made sure we were taken care of. If I could give him more that 5 stars I would. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

I have been to this location several times and it is always hit or miss. However this time in particular really upset me. It was later in the evening, after 9pm so there were hardly any customers in the building. It smelled like old rag water as soon as you came in. We started by ordering one of the $6 Halloween drinks, absolutely horrible. I asked our waitress if we could get a refund, understandably she said all drink sales were final but also mentioned she could get us a strawberry margarita instead, so we both said yes. We ordered the pickle fries, greasy, overcooked and not good. I ordered the four cheese Mac with chicken, which I had before, asked for extra sauce. When we got our food, the noodles were different, dry as could be, had a tiny drizzle of the hot honey sauce that goes on the chicken. I then again asked for extra sauce, the Alfredo sauce was ice cold when she brought it out. So again, mentioned that, and was brought back hotter. Overall, was not good either. When we got our checks, to our surprise, we were charged for the strawberry margaritas that were offered “instead” of the Halloween drinks. The waitress went and asked the manager if she could take them off and when she returned again stating all alcohol was final sale. Now in this instance, was not understandable, as we were offered a different drink instead of the original. Not once did the manager come and speak with us about the situation. I mentioned to the waitress that whoever was in the kitchen did a horrible job tonight. Again, a manager did not come and speak with us. Overall HORRIBLE experience across the board. I was given a $5 off $25 purchase coupon for my next visit, however I will not be back.

Came here after watching Survivor S46 where Liz made such a fuss for not being picked for the reward challenge. We ordered the Oreo Cookie Shake, Boneless Wings, Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger, and Quesadilla Burger and were not disappointed with the food choices. We were greeted with friendly smiles and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. The service time was a bit slow, and we had to ask twice for our food in between appetiser and main when the restaurant was not busy.

This particular location has become a favorite of mine. It’s small but the service has been spot on for me. Had a grilled chicken with garlic potatoes and broccoli and it was delicious! The decor is simple and tasteful and I like the fact that it is a little dark. I didn’t take a picture but I had the Oreo milk shake for dessert and I savored every sip come on, y’all, and give it a try… Like my post if you do

It was a slow servicelsewhere! With customers just slow. The food quality wasn’t the best, there were black chunks of potato in the mashed potatoes ( see photo) and when we brought it to the waiters attention he took it back to the kitchen. when he returned he offered another scoop of the same potatoes, they didn’t offer to comp the meal or a discount for the obviously spoiled or subpar food. The burgers were cooked well as was the salmon, but if the mindset of the management at their store is to just shove poor quality food out to the customer what else are they allowing ro happen where you can’t see it. We will not return to this restaurant, there are too many around to risk the food poisoning. Save yourself the distress and go eslsewhere! Corporate should visit this store SOON, it’s tarnishing the Applebee’s imagine.
