Josh was an amazing server! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Our drinks and food came out quickly, and he checked in just the right amount to make sure we were taken care of without being overbearing. His positive attitude and great service really made our visit enjoyable. Applebee’s is lucky to have Josh—definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had here!

This was the first time in a few years since we’ve visited Applebees, and I ask the question why did we wait so long? Let me tell you that the all you can eat special is worth every penny. You can mix and match riblets, crunchy shrimp, or boneless chicken wings (several different flavors), and you can bet our table looked like a bowl of Chex mix because we “Shonuff” mixed it up!!! You have got to try it, and please ask for Kayla, because she was an awesome server. Give a few weeks to run around the block and lose some weight, and we’ll be back, LOL!

The food was nothing to be excited about the service is about the same. I’m really surprised it is still operating as I never see more than 10 people In there at a time. When there are that few of people and I have to ask multiple times for a refill or the waitress walks by and see that two of our drink cups are empty, I should not need to ask for it.
It’s not a bad place to grab a drink but don’t come here looking for a good meal or a great atmosphere.

I was reminded of why I stopped going to Applebee’s. I was seated quickly. I received the veteran’s menu. The meal was delivered to me by a waitress about 15 minutes later. I then asked for the regular menu for better options. The waiter never returned to check on me. I had to run him down for the check. I didn’t get to place the second order. It’s great what they do for the veterans but I have chosen not to return.. even for a free meal.

The hostess acted like she didn’t want to sit us and was annoyed that she had to. She waited 5 minutes to sit us before going to the back to talk to someone, then after a few minutes she came back to seat us. She said our server would be there shortly to take our order. Then we sat at our table for 30 more minutes while the server went to his tables around us and didn’t once check on us or take a drink order. The hostess walked around our table back and forth down the aisle of booths pretending to clean and gave me the impression she was waiting for us to leave. After a while the hostess and the server were talking in the back for 5 more minutes and looking in our direction but not coming up to us and the server went to one of his tables next to us after that and still didn’t go up to us. We got the impression the hostess and the server were talking about making a plan on how to make us leave and that’s why she took so long to seat us to begin with. They had no issue addressing doordash orders from people who came in to pick up. Also it was dirty and sticky.

We walked in with an awesome greeting from the hostess Shania. The waitress Keke is amazing. The atmosphere is great but the service was outstanding. Everyone was so inviting. I recommend that everyone come to this Applebees. We will definitely return. Thanks Applebees for turning our hard day into a pleasant one.

I heard the manager Kayla yelling at her employees about the need for these reviews. But from my experience working in food business, it does nothing for the employee it just gives the supervisors bonuses. Maybe stay humble miss Kayla. Way to go to my server Brandee for making me feel right at home and super seen <3
