This visit has been spectacular. Skylar, and a few of the crew members had gotten smart with me. Just because they’re playing little minions to the main manipulator of the pack, the own stores general manager, Brandy Luck. If you want true, respectful, honest, and you definitely can’t forget about the true care for the customers come on the night shift or seems to be every Sunday now. A grown woman, mother of 2 grown kids, (hope they dont turn out like the evil monster of a mother they have), stooped as low as a kindergarten student telling the teacher another student cut in line. Just because one single person made more of a positive impact on this store in 3 weeks, than she did in years.. one person who has the cruelty in their heart to take away a TEN HOUR SHIFT that I had worked ON THE CLOCK and ms. Lisa Sampson PERSONALLY had fixed for me just because I didn’t put a date on the scratch paper that I had wrote it on as a reminder. Just because she has the power and authority to be able to do that. If everyone would like to know the TRUTH behind the reason I got fired, and that’s because 4 managers fell for Brandys manipulative tactics and wrongfully terminated me.

I don’t have really issue with the food here however the problem is the employees have zero regard for couples. One employee decided it was a smart idea to engage in an unwanted and unnecessary conversation with my husband. Personally I find that to be disgusting and disrespectful. It’s also extremely unprofessional. These employees need to do better and think before speaking. Also when working is not the time or place for these kind of actions.

Waited 20 minutes for a to go order… fries were cold and stale when I got them, the nuggets were fine. The workers had a major attitude and were so negative to one another. Seemed to avoid the front counter at all costs. I understand there are kiosks but they don’t take cash. For some reason they also randomly “stopped” taking orders.

People are hateful and they dont listen to what you tell them. There was one occasion where they found feces in the chicken nuggets. I ordered soft biscuits and they gave me some that were hard a rocks. I think they did it on purpose. Then I almost got into a fist fight to be able to get out of the parking lot.

Pulled up to the drive through at 625p with only 3 ppl in front of me. In the time of 25min they took 6 ppl from the right lane while they only took 3 orders on the inside lane. There is no reason it should not take almost 35-40 min. to get fast food. I am further back in line on my lunch break at the McDonald’s on south frederica and they get through a line twice as long in half the time.

I ordered a 6 piece nugget, bbq sauce and a large fry. I asked for one more bbq and they told me I had to pay for it which would be fine, but then I let and I opened my chicken nuggets and there were only 4 nuggets in the box. Also my fries were under filled.

I went through the drive-thru to get my biscuit and gravy and orange juice and when I went to pay he dropped my change on the ground laughed and said oh well. I don’t know what kind of business etiquette that is but it’s not a good one. Very disappointed that I live beside this McDonald’s

Manager didn’t “have any time” to help staff when they had a sudden burst of people. Instead yelled at me from behind a wall. I feel bad for the poor girl at the cash register. I just wanted to put in an order and he acted like it was the end of the world.
