The lady that took my order, I think she may have been the manager, or assistant manager, was super helpful. I didn’t catch her name but she had it going on with what I needed help with. I explained to her that I was getting dinner for my 92-year-old uncle that was just being discharged from the hospital. She suggested a oven roasted 2 piece chicken dinner that would be easy for him to eat.
Thank you for the fast, efficient, and conscientious service! He was thoroughly enjoying his dinner when we left him at his residence.

Food was hot but drive threw young lady was very rude !!! Seems to be the normal lately. If didnt like this chicken so much wouldn’t come. There has been times lately in the evening that the food is not so great ! I have been trying to go around busy times because know food wouldn’t taste like its been sitting. We ended up having to go inside to order because that new stupid drive up machine couldn’t comprehend anything!! I’d give a better star rating because your food/chicken are very good. The tables inside were dirty too! Not cool! But for these reasons you get a low rating! So disappointing!!

Bought a three peice chicken dinner from north muskegon Lee’s first two peices were fine third peice went to take a bite and there was peices of a scouring pad. The only thing they did was replace the chicken..DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!
