Social Profile:

We opened in August 2007, after a 6 month total renovation. The Irish Cottage Inn caters to all walks of life! The outside’s main feature is an authentic thatch roof, installed by master thatcher Colin McGhee, from Scotland. The Exterior walls are a cultured field stone, very similar to an Irish field stone.

Had the wings and Shepherd’s pie. The wings were pretty big; they’re also very tender and seasoned well. Shepherd’s pie was flavorful and plated nicely. ***My only concern is after we ordered, I realized how dirty the place is there were cobwebs everywhere—black debris on the air vents, all the surfaces, the window sills, the walls, and the light fixtures which were right above us (and all the other seating, so it didn’t matter where we sat).

Nothing wowing here folks. Pizza was trash, salad was trash, mixed drinks were trash…the only good thing on our table was the giant pretzel. Would I come back? Nope, no reason to…

I remember when the Irish Cottage first opened. This location used to be called “The Phone Booth”, and they’ve certainly made themselves a staple in our local community. Their Irish fare is very heartwarming and delicious! I loved the Guinness stew and my bff gotnthe fish and chips! Absolutely recommend ❤️

Ordered over the phone, arrived young man had me pay said food would out shortly. Food came out but he was busy talking to a young lady at a table. Finally a waitress asked what my name was and grabbed food that had come out. Mozzarella sticks look like a bomb went off. Literally every stick had exploded and sauce was all over. Cornbeef and cabbage was 4/10. Zero seasonings on the potatoes, carrots and cabbage! Hospital food bland. Pot pie was also a flop. Spent $60, maybe a bad night for the kitchen.

And whys there lettuces in mozzarella sticks!

Went for the 1st time for dinner, called before to see when the kitchen closes on Saturday and they answered promptly and said kitchen is closed at 10pm. Ordered their an appetizer called En Croute and it was phenomenal. The sauce was on another level…We had Shepards pie and Guiness beef stew for dinner. Both were excellent. Portions were quality and we took some pie home. Service was accommodating and we will head there again fur shure!

Great place to stop for a pint and food ️ My new drink favorite is a espresso martini with some Irish Cream – so yummy !
Last night we attended a birthday party in the back room and it was such a nice experience. The space was cozy and welcoming, the staff was incredibly attentive, and the food was excellent—shepherd’s pie and penne alla vodka were both delicious. A great spot for an event or a relaxed night out. Highly recommend.

Came here again on 2/18/23….our server Carley was outstanding. She was knowledgeable and extremely attentive and personable. She definitely enhanced our dining experience! The food was terrific as well! I loved the Sheppard’s Pie, Onion Rings and Irish Coffee! We will definitely come back!

We had come here a couple of times a few years back and had a good experience. Great staff and good menu of traditional pub food and Irish fare. We enjoyed it so much we came back twice during our recent trip to the Grand Cascades Lodge. We will definitely return again the next time we are in town.

Been a few years since visiting the Irish Cottage. They had an extensive menu with some great specials….made it hard to choose. Opted for the shrimp and crab baked mac n cheese with a side of onion rings. Coffee and rice pudding to end the meal. A good choice all around…if the entre and coffee were a bit hotter temp-wise. …a 5 star meal
