One of the best Wendy’s I’ve been in in a long time. Belinda and jayjay were awesome they got our orders better than I asked them too. Great great place and employees if all Wendy’s had this type of service and atmosphere and attitude for customer satisfaction they’d be unstoppable. Thanks a lot to these great employees for the awesome food and service

I got the chicken ranch wraps and chicken looked black on both sides and didn’t even get the sauce cup i asked for……..

Truly the worst burger I’ve had in a while. No bacon on my baconator. Instead it was absolutely swimming in mayo and ketchup. The meat was weird in taste and texture, like Styrofoam. And the kid taking orders might need to find something less challenging.

honestly the worst wendys ive ever been to. food was cold and soggy, service was uncaring and didnt grant my refund request for the frostys i ordered and didnt recieve. My partner and I got physically sick from eating here. Genuinely we threw up in our hotel room.

The Wendy’s location in Bryant has been sub par for quite some time. They run out of the overcooked and dried out potatoes very early in the evening. The closer you get to closing the fewer choices you have because they ran out or already put it away. This restaurant needs a major overhaul.

it was 30 minutes before closing but that shouldn’t matter I ordered a simple junior bacon cheeseburger no mayonnaise extra onions and extra pickles well I got the burger plus the mayonnaise plus two pickles plus three onion rings broken pieces of bacon. meat was cold wouldn’t even melt the cheese

I’ve went through the drive through twice this week and both times i ordered a Crispy chicken biggie bag. Only ketchup and cheese. The first time I went through they forgot the ketchup and also my drinks were messed up. I went in and complained and the manager called the drive thru girl over and she was very rude saying “Theres a drink machine right behind you why cant you fix the drinks yourself”. Then today my Sandwhich had mayo and tomato on it. I ask for TWO things on my sandwhich and both were wrong. Wont be going back there for a while things have really gone downhill
