I love George’s. They have happy hour every day from 3pm-7pm, drinks and appetizers. Just two martinis from the happy hour menu, and I’m feeling great. I love their dips w/ pita and cucumber slices. Love their lentil soup and Greek salad w/ falafels. Great spot for vegetarians like me.

I was very pleased. I came here for Dolmas, they aren’t like the Heart of Jerusalem n Colorado Springs, Colorado like I like. They reminded me of Cabbage rolls I use to make at home but with grape leaves.
I tried their lamb chops, best I have ever had! Tried their fries with the feta cheese, also very good.
Greek salad perfect.

Years ago, I was introduced to Greek Food at George’s & I loved it. This visit was again delightful. Although, the full menu has wonderful choices, the Happy Hour Menu included my favorites, lamb chops, wings (lemon pepper & parmesian), & scordalia with pita bread. Unbeknownst to me, they have live entertainment on Saturday’s & my friend surprised me by having the guitarist sing happy birthday to me. It was a great evening & I’ll be going back soon.

My first time here, I was treated like royalty. I was craving lamb for my birthday and wanted to try somewhere new. I was so excited about the food but didn’t expect to be treated like a VIP, the people who work here are so nice and exceeded in everything. All the food was delicious and I was given a birthday candle with free Baklava. I’m so happy that everyone wished me a Happy Birthday even though I took my food to go. I traveled far to get dinner but I am so happy I did. Thank you to everyone who works here and the quality delicious food will definitely make this my new favorite place.

Permit me to report that George’s Greek Café in Lakewood has cured me—permanently—of any curiosity about its culinary offerings.
This was my first and assuredly my last visit. The atmosphere, dim and flat, resembles not a Mediterranean eatery but a bar masquerading as a restaurant, and doing so with all the subtlety of a man wearing sunglasses at midnight.
As for the food, it renders Olive Garden positively by comparison. The whole experience was a study in indifference. Service, too, ambled along at a pace suggesting the staff had entered a gentle competition to see who might move least.
From food to service to ambiance, the entire experience advises, with Biblical clarity: If you value your time, dine elsewhere.

First time here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon on our way to Book Off in the Lakewood Mall
Dined outside in their patio area.
They were short staffed, however our server accommodated us when she dropped a chicken finger, however replaced them which our daughter got their chicken finger meal served with fries and apple sauce.
My wife ordered grilled chicken pita sandwich and I got their falafel pita sandwich. Both of our meals came with their garlic and feta cheese fries. Mango iced teas to wash it down.
Place was clean, service was good and we enjoyed our lunch.

George’s is a wonderful Greek eatery. It is so cute, all blue and white exterior and the inside is inviting and very friendly. Parking is easy.
George’s is clean and the service is fast and nice. Your server knows the menu well and they have a lot to offer.
We had lamb as well as fried calamari which was served with wonderful sauces. We also had some skewers (souvlakia), chicken and beef. They were cooked perfectly.
Their hummus is so good and their bread, the best.
