the employees at this taco bell have absolutely no customer service attributes what so ever. i also ordered the chicken bacon ranch nacho fries and got about 8 fries and paid 5 dollars. i also got a cheesy gordita crunch that was supposed to be swapped with a DLT shell and it was not which isn’t a big deal but just annoying on top of everything else. they didn’t ask me anything about rewards or sauces or anything and while taking my order acted like they had 100 other things they would rather be doing. 0/10 don’t recommend 🙂

Absolutely terrible on every single level. I try to avoid this taco at all costs because I’ve been here 5 times now and every single time the food AND staff are horrible. This last time I had no choice on what location to go to, but honestly i should’ve just gone hungry. My grilled cheese burrito was COLD when i bit into it and the cheese was completely unmelted. Not only that, but it was covered on the outside with oil and squished flat. I literally just threw it away and emailed taco bell. Every time i order from this location the food is horrendous and could’ve been made better by a 7 year old. And when I spoke on the phone with the manager about it, he just said, “well what do you want? you wanna come back and get a new one?” and i said NO please i just want a refund. he continued to say, “then put it in on the app.” with an obvious attitude. Corporate needs to intervene on this location because i could get the same quality of food from the dumpster of a better location…

Came in tonight to try this place. Food was very good and delicious! An employee by the name of Chris was kind enough to make sure I got my drink. Atmosphere was pleasant. Also admire that this placed was decorated for the Christmas season. Definitely would recommend this place ️

Went thru drive through Sunday 12-28 around 9:30. Best experience I have had at this location. Quick everything was prepared so well the staff was friendly! Not sure what the change was but it’s working!!! No complaints!

We ordered and had to wait 20 minutes for our food. The worker left halfway through making our food to go on break. Basically didn’t put anything on my burrito and giggled after I asked to put more stuff on it. Rude in general

I just want to thank the crew of Taco Bell on the Grant line rd of New Albany, Indiana! I love taco bells bean burritos but if the beans are thick they are not good, I asked them I wanted the beans how they are made and I got 2 perfect burritos! Thank you for making my night!

This TB is usually great, but I stopped by for breakfast and ordered 2 things. I got a breakfast burrito which barely had anything in it at all, and a breakfast quesadilla. The photo is of 1 whole corner of the quesadilla.. like.. I don’t want to to be up early either.. but damn.. take pride in your work.

Don’t care for the other Taco Bells taking out the customer service from the FOH but this location is on it. Fastest drive through around. Great job. Love the new menu and the fries.
