The food was on point, came out freshly made and hot and all items ordered on the app were included. The person bringing out the food was nice. Unfortunately I had to throw out my limeade because the water taste was so strong that it didn’t taste like my drink, instead like pool water

It depends on the day. I have gotten good service in a timely manner and I’ve also gotten very bad service and had to wait 20 minutes for it. The orders are normally correct. The food is usually good. Unfortunately they have one individual that wears a very thick face covering who attempts to take orders. You can’t understand a single word they say. When that person is taking orders, it always takes at least 10-15 minutes sitting in the drive thru waiting. So unfortunately I won’t be going back, I have time limits on my lunch breaks. It is usually fairly dirty around the building as well.

I do love Sonic and its flavors. Got a smashed burger, chewed on a really hard rocklike something. Not a chip my tooth hard, but a what the heck is the kind of hard, in the ground beef. Get what you pay for I guess? Tasty, but questionable quality.

I used to love this place, but it has gone downhill. Today, they gave me a burger that had been returned. You could tell the toping was not even on the burger, and it was halfway unraped in the bag I did not check before going home. When I contacted corporate support thorough text on there web site all they offered was a coupon that you had to have the app for, and you had to purchase something to use it. What a sham. I have good mined to contact the health department over this. This is not the first time my food has not been up to food safety standards. Update Sonic is not taking this seriously. I contacted them like their replay says, and all they do Is offer me a coupon. I have reported this to the health department. The only solution I will accept is my money back.

Took ages to get our food, food was not made as I asked- I asked for a cheeseburger for my kid- simple bun, patty, cheese slice and ketchup and got also onions, lettuce, pickles, etc. it’s dirty outside everywhere. The customer service just very not great. Definitely don’t like paying in advance especially tipping when customer service sucks. They also forgot something I paid for and I didn’t even want to bother with it. Just not coming back & I’m sorry I’m not one to leave bad reviews. I don’t recommend burgers, fries or hotdog or shakes. All 1/5. Disappointing. I’m wondering if it has always been bad and I’m just not remembering right or it’s like this now. Legs not mention it cost so much money to get a few things for a kid.

Went and got two chicken sandwiches and a wacky pack. The chicken had obviously been sitting for a long time. It was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. Also every burger we tried to order through the app said it was unavailable. Maybe this is why all Sonics are slowly closing. Wouldn’t surprise me if they shut this one down as well. Sorry as hell serving chicken like that. I usually give good reviews but you can’t even call the store to complain or get the issue corrected.

I went to Sonic just not even 10 minutes ago, I ordered a medium cheese stick and two pretzels. And I waited for 10-15 minutes for the carhop to come and Brayden still didn’t come out to the car. To even get my money, abd when I ordered I spoke loud and clear fir him to hear me and he made me repeat myself 3-4 times. So I just left, it’s ridiculous carhops was going to other cars even one’s that showed up after I did and the drive thru was getting taken car of also.
