Slim Chicken was on my path to Mount Juliet and I stopped by to pick up a brunch for myself. It was called “Hungry Meal” which was so funny to me. Fried tenders were a little hard but overall it was good. Staff was friendly and we both had a good smile as I cracked a joke around the meal name. I love their outdoor space too. Drive through was quick with no wait time. I recommend this place.

I absolutely cannot stand the service at this restaurant specifically, the drive-through service. When you ask me what sauce I want with each one of my entrées the sauce should be in there. I shouldn’t have to go park fumble through all the bags to make sure sauce is in each box by the time I do that and my sauces are not there. I have to get out of my car go inside wait for employees to acknowledge get my sauce and by that time, my food is cold. Do better can’t wait for Chick-fil-A to be finished being built they do everything perfect have a nice day

A neat little chicken fast food style restaurant near Nashville.
I stopped in after needing some lunch while working in the area. It was pretty good.
The staff were super friendly and polite. The place was pretty busy so it took a while for a 3 piece chicken tender and fries but it was good.
The food was good and the BBQ sauce was really awesome. Overall I liked it and if I lived in the area I would probably try it again.
Worth a go for sure.

We dont usually stop here but we couldn’t get what we wanted tonight. Ordered garlic parm wings w buffalo sauce and ended up w the wings w ranch that ended up all over the wings. Absolutely not ever again. I placed a drive thru order and was told to move into a waiting space in parking area which was absolutely no problem. I watched several cars that were waiting brought their food. After 20 minutes, I went inside and kindly said that I believed the employee gave my food to another car. The car that took my food took 2 bags of food and drove off when they ordered after me and when their food was one bag (it was delivered to my car). I understand people are thieves and want something for free but when I went inside, I was offered a dessert (none of my folks eat dessert) and told my food would be cooked “fresh”. The kind worker at the counter was sweet but clearly flustered. I went back outside to my car. After waiting another 15 minutes, my friend went in and told them to refund me and cancel the order. She talked with the manager who again apologized and said she tries to tell them to verify the order with the car when they take the food out. Here is the problem…. no one asks your name, gives you a number, gets a car description or anything to identify you are accepting your own order. They bagged our food quickly. Items were missing when we got home and the fried (breaded) mushrooms were an utter disaster (see photo). The manager should have refunded the meal but offered my friend a “complimentary meal” when we returned of which my friend said that we would not be returning because there are too many other options on “chicken strip.”
It should be noted that the last time I ate inside this location that the water in the restroom was not working. I waited a year before trying them again to this colossal fail. So, absolutely not ever again.

They dropped the drive thru from 2 lanes (built for 2) to 1 which should have been a clear indication that the management needs to be modified and operational changes made for this location to run as it was intended. Owner needs to do a thorough inspection, have secret shoppers shop this location, and clean house with a major hiring event. Small changes won’t fix this location.

The food at Slims is absolutely master class. Nothing could hold a candle to the hospitality demonstrated by the team member Chris. He offered me and my friends the warmest smile and laughs that put all other experiences at various restaurants to shame. Chris didn’t just serve us food, he served us an unforgettable experience.

Was doing a Uber Eats order for a customer. A bag was forgotten and I was worried it would be a situation where the customer was going to be out of luck. Noah went above and beyond and made that missing food for the customer. The customer definitely appreciated and so did I so I did not get a bad rating. Thanks Noah!

This location has gone downhill over the past few months. Fries aren’t fresh anymore, chicken cold, and the drinks from the drink machine are horrible every time. It sucks because I used to LOVE slim chickens but now I’m constantly left dissatisfied.

Actually a really nice place. Drinks are self serve and they have a nice long bar for drink service. There was also a small bar area of seating. After we ordered our food and went to be seated I noticed a sticky substance on the table…no worries I keep clorox wipes in my purse as I’m sure most do nowadays but as I wipe the table I notice a young blonde girl who was a worker actually sat down and was recording me as I wiped the table before my family sat down . This almost turned me off.
This was my 1st time in and Tamera who was actually working the diningroom awsome and turned my feeling around for the place. We were talking and we mentioned it was our 1st time in and she was very attentive. They had table service which was great. I did see a gentleman who worked there out wiping tables so I’m sure they try to clean periodically but I dont see how me cleaning the table my family was going to sit at was a problem this is a fast food restaurant.

Food was made fresh when I ordered and service was fast and VERY friendly. An employee Spencer explained a dish that I had questions about and ultimately ended up getting it. Very tasty! The manager Matt checked on us after our meal was delivered and was friendly and helpful as well. All in all couldn’t have been happier with this visit.
