Step into this classic, old-school tavern, where you’re treated like more than just another customer—you’re part of the family. With a warm, nostalgic “Cheers” vibe, this place exudes charm and history. Mike, the owner and namesake for over 40 years, welcomes guests with a friendly smile and tales from the past. The music sets the perfect mood, and the drink prices feel like they belong to another era. One of the welcoming patrons even offered us cheese curds, adding to the camaraderie. We’ll definitely be back!

Not just the best bar in Green Bay, but the best bar I’ve ever been to. If you like dives this is a NEED to go spot.

Came over from the UK and St Michael’s was the closest play to where we were staying.
Phenomenal atmosphere, excellent drinks, amazing staff.
If/when we come back, St Michael’s will be one of our first stops.

The history here! Since the early 1900s! The current owner is a great guy! Very inexpensive drinks. The history stories from the owner make this place a charming delight! Stop in for a pint and stay awhile!

Great dive bar! Good people, pool, $1.50 tap beers, $.10 juke box, the chairs are the most comfortable bar stools I’ve ever sat in (modified computer chairs and a cinema chair)
The owner/bartender is a great guy

Passed through Green Bay for the Lions Packers game. While in town we stopped in to this dive. Cheap drinks, 19th century pub, no frills establishment was great. Down to earth people, friendly and home to a mostly working dart board and pool table as well. Pop in and have a pint.
