It’s fast food, but the burgers are generous and super tasty, the fries are made with local potatoes, all piled in the dining room, and the service is fast and accurate and the decor is perfect for burgers. Five Guys really does the fries right.

I didn’t get what I ordered actually got more and charged for it. Messed up my order made me wait 20 min to eat and the burger was bland wasn’t very good. Usually like 4 guys but I guess they’re not all the same. Fries didn’t taste fresh either.

Rapid City had series of power outages today and some still had some out tonight. I wanted to give the entire staff on the night of Nov 13th. The place was slammed, people were going out to eat because there was no electricity at their homes. The team was working hard and as fast as they could. With the online orders and the line of people getting their orders, it was literally like nothing Ive seen. Yes… it took quite some time to get my burger and I was not upset one bit. The team was rocking out orders and still very polite to everyone. I’m impressed and I hope the team gets recognition for it.

I ordered a burger and fries. Burger had mushrooms on it that must have been expired or come from a bad batch because I was throwing up all night and having insane stomach problems. My boyfriend got a burger without mushrooms and he was completely fine. Never coming here again unfortunately.

Absolutely phenomenal burgers and fries. The line was absolutely massive when we came in, and we were served in 5 minutes, tops. Service was amazing and quick, and my burger with everything on it was heavenly. Fries were hot and perfectly seasoned, I definitely recommend the Cajun seasoning. If you want a burger that is guaranteed to fill you up, I would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere here. Lunch time gets busy quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Even though it’s just burgers and fries, expect a larger bill than at other restaurants. We ordered 2 burgers, 1 large fry and 2 small drinks and the total was more than $26.

Excellent place to eat tasty hamburgers and fresh made French fries. You can eat outside or inside there is plenty of space. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They got the order fast and right. I loved the tasty fried mushrooms added. You can add many ingredients for free when you have chosen your hamburger.

I ordered for delivery on their app it was the first time that the delivery driver was able to follow the directions without having to call me. And it was delivered at the time they said it was on my doorstep every time I use Uber Eats or doordash they always call me and have no idea what to do good job Five Guys
