Drive thru was so slow. We waited in it for 30 minutes. They gave us a drink we didn’t order and almost gave us food that wasn’t ours. Our food was burnt too. The staff were very disorganized and not friendly. Not worth $30. We will not be coming back to this Dunkin!

Really bad experience. We stood at the counter for a while and no one ever came to take our order, so I ended up placing a pickup order just to get helped. There was also a guy who had already been waiting over 30 minutes for his order, which says a lot.
The staff didn’t seem to know the difference between an iced matcha and a frozen matcha, and my husband’s drink was wrong too. We ordered a cold brew and got espresso instead, then they said they were out of cold brew after giving me the drink. That should’ve been mentioned beforehand.
Overall the place felt really disorganized with long waits and lots of confusion.

Customer service was nonexistent. I walked in and the place was empty. I stood at the register for awhile and no one came out. I wasn’t sure if anyone was even working since no one greeted us. Finally…someone comes out from the back, walks by, but still doesn’t acknowledge me until I ask if I can order.
It is a convenient location off of 95 but not worth the abysmal service in my opinion. There’s a Starbucks right across the street with probably better service.

Put in a $10 mobile order, just wanted coffee for our drive back to NY. We pull behind 2 cars in the drivethru. After 15 minutes no one had said anything at the speaker, and now cars are lining up behind us so were literally trapped. After maybe 20 minutes I finally got out and went to the front door ( which said they were open until 8pm, and I could see workers hanging out inside!!) but the doors were locked. At this point other angry people are converging out front as well. I knocked on the door and they very intentionally ignored me. i walked back to the car, which was still stuck in the drivethru with my husband. When the car in front finally gave up we got on the thruway, now VERY ANNOYED. I found their number and called, a girl answered and said, “Oh….my headset wasnt on….you can come get it now its ready.” I explained it was too late, i was nearly 30 minutes north, I just wanted my money back! She said, “I dont know how to do that”. What DO you know how to do?! Its clearly not a fluke because every bad review going back MONTHS says the drivethru wasn’t answering and the front doors were locked!!

This place cannot get anything right,, if you go thru the drive thru you wait like 20 for your drink and food! I ordered hot large tea they gave me coffee , not once but three different times! Also if you go like in 7 am on Sunday no one is there and it still takes 20 mint to get anything!!!! what the hell !!! Between getting the orders wrong and the time it takes to get your stuff I could of walk across to MC DEEs and got food and came back and still waited for my stuff. There is no reason for this at all just bad management

This place has severely gone down the drain in the last couple months. Drive thru is so inconsistent. One day it’s open, the next it’s not. If the drive thru is closed & you already placed a mobile order, you still have to talk to someone at the register saying you placed a mobile order & then they’ll prepare it. Instead of just making it & having it ready. Lobby looks like it hardly gets cleaned.

A stop for breakfast at the drive thru turned into an amazing experience for my sister, niece, and I. The Maple Sugar Bacon Croissant was delicious, and our drinks were THE BEST we ever had. I don’t know who is mixing the drinks, but they sure were good and refreshing.

The restrooms were filthy, the employees were unprofessional, and the entire work/kitchen area was disgusting. I understand they may be short-staffed, but that’s no excuse for the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service. This location desperately needs new management, a deep clean, and better staffing.
