WORST FOOD ORDER EVER
I ordered a Bandacoa burrito with roast beef and avacado and a side of fries and a raspberry iced tea for $18.79 and a half order Nachos for $9.99. I received 2 boxes of plain stale chips, and a few small tubs of the most disgusting watered down “cheese” and even more disgusting watered down “meat” sauce and some jalapeños to dip my stale chips in. No burrito. No fries. No drink. No nachos. Just chips and disgusting meat sauce that wasnt even edible. And I still have yet to get a refund or the meal I paid for. Will never ever even go to dennys again, let alone order their banda burrito nonsense. And I’ve been going to Dennys my entire life. Total rip off. Total disappointment. Got me once. Won’t ever get me again.

We came on a Monday afternoon. Very quiet. Very clean. Great service. The kids menu is bang for buck. Pictured is my daughter’s plate. Those pancakes were so fluffy!

We stopped in to this Dennys with the expectation of decent food to fill our bellys before completing the last leg of our journey home. The place was rather empty and we were surprised that one server was doing everything except cooking. He quickly got us a table and took our drink orders. We decided on something and sat to wait for our food. The place was clean but a little run down. Once our food came, I was surprised at how everything tasted. I’m not good at chicken fried steak but this order was Amazing! I ate every scrap and my husband ate most of his Grand Slam. (His usual) The waiter/server/cashier/busboy quickly moved from one task to another like a pro. The food was great, the service Outstanding and once our bellys were full; we headed for the last leg of our journey. Thanks Dennys and Super server for giving us the best meal we crave.

I usually love Dennys but the other night after eating half my meal I discovered that the chicken was still raw. I guess the gravy masked the taste at first but when I noticed it tasted funny I looked closer and the chicken was raw. I let the waitress know and she apologized but the damage was done as I already ingested the chicken. I took the leftovers with me so I had evidence in case I died. I came home washed the gravy off and took a picture and went to bed. I felt okay when I got up and went to work but half way through my day I started getting sick and had to leave. I won’t describe what I’m going through but it’s not good and I hope it doesn’t get worse. The waitress gave good service but the cook obviously didn’t use a thermometer to check if the chicken was fully cooked. I’m very disappointed with Dennys as they have caused me to be very sick and worried that I will get sicker, they also caused me to lose half a days pay so far. I will never eat chicken again without inspecting it first no matter who cooks it. Posting pictures below of the chicken after I washed the gravy away and of the meal in the to go box.

I ordered lunch ahead of time. It said it would take 18-23 minutes till it was ready for pickup. I get there 15 minutes after I ordered it just to find my ticket still in the machine and they haven’t even started it. So i waited another 15 for my food to be done. Order was wrong and thrown together. All though the lady with blonde hair at the front was really nice.

The temperature the last few times has been unacceptable. Freezing cold even with coats on. Breakfast is probably the best that they offer, the rest is average food. Our servers have always been pretty good. We won’t be back. I wish them well.

Nachos took 20 minutes with an almost empty restaurant.
They were liquid from the grease lake at the bottom couldn’t eat them less than halfway down.
$15.00+ for liquid nachos. Dennys has fallen hard. When the food used to be cheap something like this would be passable. With the meals being luxury price I can’t not say something.

I have come into this place by myself to grab a quick bite to eat and the last couple times I have come in I have been ignored. Not even talked to or asked if I needed anything but they will come out talk with employees who are getting off work and have full conversation in front of you, look at you but still walk past.

Terrible place. I’m a big fan of Denys. I traveled 5 hours for an important appointment and the only thing my family and I wanted was to eat a little. Sadly, Mrs. Maria N was very rude. I asked for a dish that I always take where I live and she told me that they didn’t do it and I told her that I didn’t want it with meat because I was allergic. She told me we don’t do that plate like that
I asked her things about other plates and her terrible answer it what it says
She got very upset with me, when I told her about her that I wanna talk to her Maneger she started speak super ugly and when she bring the plate she gave it to me with a lot of oil and there were 3 plates same only mine was with a lot of oil, come home from 5 hours without eating because I told her look that’s to much oil and her only answer was but you already eat the chicken and I said wow

They took our order in the first 10 minutes. An our and 20 minutes later waiting for our food and nothing. So we left. We used to come here every other week. Will not be coming back. It was ridiculous. They weren’t super busy but they were busy going to get drinks and going back into the kitchen.
