Banna King in Passaic is one of those spots you try once and instantly know you’re coming back. Their food is always super fresh you can taste it in every bite. The burgers are stacked, juicy, and cooked just right. The patacón is on another level… crispy, packed with flavor, and loaded with everything you want. And the salchipapas? Perfect late-night comfort food — hot, salty, and delicious every time.
But the thing that truly puts Banna King above the rest is their fruit shakes with Carnation milk. Whether it’s strawberry, mango, or any of their fruit blends, they come out creamy, refreshing, and full of real fruit flavor. It’s a must-order, every visit.

This used to be a great food spot but recently quality has gone way down hill. Ordered take out and had big chunks of plastic in our 1 smoothie, while the other looked like it was half drunk or spilt before delivery. Nasty.

Their pork pinchos are literally chicken. Ordered their chicken pinchos to see the difference. The pork pinchos is basically flattened compared to the chicken. Someone can tell me I’m wrong but they both taste and look the same.

It was fast, cheap and simple, you cant go wrong here. Also they have many choices for whatever mood you are in. They have beef burgers, chicken burger, empanadas, shakes, yogurt. Endless stuff. All less than 6 bucks, unless u get a combo. Fries are cooked amazing. Not too much oil. Crispy and tasty. Amazing potatoes. Also, this one i went to , its 24/7. So you can get food anytime of the day with nice professional people.

So the problem was the staff. I got there to pick up my order at the estimated time (it said: your order is ready for pick up), I asked one of the employees for my PICKUP order. She looked at it and proceeded to look around for it (or so I thought). She checks some orders behind her and then takes off, but she says nothing to me. I could see it was busy so I just waited there for 10 MINUTES (again order was ready for pickup before I got there). Everybody proceed to get their orders and leave. I asked again a different employee and to my surprise my order was indeed ready when they said it was. The first employee that I tought was looking for my order, did absolutely nothing. The order was siting there the whole time before I got there and after the unnecessary 10 minutes I spent there. I like Banana king, but im glad you guys have other locations, because I’m not coming back to the Madison Ave location.
