Ordered a large coke, recieved a medium cup with ice and a warm can of coke. They said that’s all they could do. I sure wouldn’t have made a order if they told me that when I made the order. This isn’t the 1st time I’ve had subpar service at this McDonald’s. I’d definitely recommend going down 2 exits to the one off exit 28 as this one is pretty terrible.

I just ordered food off of door dash. Everything was well on the door dashers end. I had ordered two cheese burgers with extra pickles on both and then when my food got dropped off I ended up with one of my burgers not having a patty of it when I took a bite. I have always had troubles with this McDonald’s because I always ask for extra pickles and I either get extra cheese or no patty. Or no pickles at all. Ive tried to call them but they never answer and I’m tired of spending my money on food they never make right. I recommend to just go to the store versus trying to door dash because McDonald’s never gets my order right at all or messes up my food.

I have been to serval McDonald’s, I dash, and this one is the best around from Tennessee to northern Ky. The employees are very nice and there to take orders at front counter. The store is clean and the food is always very fresh a hot and is just wonderful

Why I stopped here driving back home from Florida to New York today. I’ll tell you the fish sandwiches were okay. But the french fries it was just like they took them out of the refrigerator they were awful. But by the time I got back on the interstate you can’t turn around and bring them back I threw him out for the birds and I bet you they didn’t even eat them

I don’t know about the afternoon/evening crew, but the morning crew is very impressive. They are quick when the drive-through is full, and everyone is really polite. All the nice people of the Smith’s Grove McDonald’s morning crew deserve raises.
