Went in there this evening was gonna order food but needed to use the restroom first. I couldent get in the bathroom because it was locked and when I went to the front counter they seen me standing there but didn’t acknowledge I was there. Well I don’t need to say what happened next but I am so embarrassed all because the doors were locked. Not to mention the fact that manager on duty as well as the crew members were very foul mouthed not professional at all

Lived in the area for barely a year and we avoid this location like the plague. Food is always ‘off’, order is always wrong literally 100 percent of the time and wait times are hilariously long. I’ve never had such bad experiences at a McDonald’s as frequent as I’ve had here.

Not my first negative experience at this location but it will be my last. Placed a mobile order on my way into work for pick up at counter. I arrive to pick up my order, doors are locked. See staff inside that see me. Nothing… Return to my vehicle get on my phone call store several times… No answer…. Go recheck doors… Still locked. Walking back to my car a woman which I can only assume is some type of “manager” walked from her personal car with her boyfriend up to door by restrooms and proceeded to take out keys and unlock and go in…. So they sat and watched me!!!
Oh I can’t cancel my order in app because they are making it!

Was praying and hoping my doordash order wouldn’t come from this store because they’re terrible. Of course it did. I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit when I ordered sausage (SEC) and my burrito came with mild instead of hot picante sauce. It’s all written here plainly. Smh.

The McDonald’s on Foote Ave is… fine, if your expectations are low. Honestly, McDonald’s just doesn’t have that classic Ronald McDonald charm it used to.
Service is slow, food is overpriced for what it actually is, and leaving with a smile? Forget it. Bonus points: the ice cream machine is broken, but hey, that seems like a universal feature these days.
If nostalgia is what brought you here, it’s probably best left in the past. Otherwise, you’re just paying a lot for lukewarm fries and existential dread.

By far THE WORST McDonald’s i have ever been to. All 5 of the last 5 times I have stopped here and used the drive thru it has taken 20 minutes on the quick side to 35 minutes on the long side. (To be clear I am ordering 1 or 2 burger/fry combos, not ordering half the menu) this last time that I stopped at their drive thru 1/14/2026 I waited 15 minutes behind only 2 cars just to get to the order station. 3 employes were all taking a smoke break for 10 of those minutes standing directly out on the sidewalk and yelling to eachother loud enough that i could hear them with my widow up from 15 feet away. Once at the order area i had to wait another 4 minutes before my order was taken. I paid fast but then had to wait at the handout window for 10 more minutes after receiving my drink. Im not one to leave poor reviews because sometimes its just an off day or wrong time of day. But it is the same here EVERY SINGLE TIME. Wish I could give 0 stars, FIX YOUR SERVICE!!

I literally just sat in the drive through over 30 minutes! I had a mobile order and still had to wait several minutes when I got to the speaker. That’s definitely not “fast food”. I’ll be going somewhere else on lunch from now on. This is the 3rd time I’ve wasted my lunch break in the drive through line. It’s not like there were 20 cars. There were 7! Get employees that can keep up with the pace.

Ewwwww I just watched the guy making the food inside eat food of his own with one ungloved hand , then directly put a glove back on without washing his hands and make food again… Disgusting, and illegal! I don’t think I’ll be back, and I’m not eating that food

3/16/22 @ 8:30 pm. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. 10 minute wait at the front counter to place an order. Nobody in the restaurant at the time. After the order was placed I took a second to actually look around and I was mortified. The interior was disgusting, messy, sticky, and nobody cared. A manager was on location at the time of my visit and I’m almost certain she saw me take a few of these pictures. She didn’t say anything, instead she was in a circle of other employees chatting. I highly suggest patronizing one of the other locations within the city or in Lakewood.

Screwed up my order. Came back waited forever finally asked for refund and wasn’t even given the right amount back. So McDonald’s ripped me off of 10 bucks. Franchisee should have its franchise revoked. Fairmount location is terrible as well so no surprise.
Update: Returned to Ronald’s palace of pain 2/2/26 was gifted two hot and spicy round bricks slabbed with two pieces of bread that were harder than eating the cardboard in my recyclable bins at home. I shame myself for going again. Never again well in 2 years when my memory has faded once again…damn this franchisee. Michael Keaton be spinning in his grave. Shameful!
