I liked Newk’s the minute I walked in. Very clean and inviting with cordial staff. Their ala-carte menu is inside the door. The Italian was fresh and when paired with a bowl of the loaded potato soup, delicious! The bowl was an upgrade size as the sandwich normally comes with a cup, but is totally worth the upgrade.

Wow! We really liked this place! We are new to the area and because of jobs are leaving after after only seven months. We had wanted to try it here, and we finally did before we left.
It was a great surprise! Totally pleasant experience. The staff was nice. Everyone was kind and attentive. The only negative comment which was covered by excellent customer service, was that every few tables needed cleaning. Maybe they had just gone through a big rush and had not gotten to it yet.
Definitely when we are back in the area this will be a stopping place. Thank you for clean bathrooms. Thank you for great customer service. Thank you for clean homemade food.

The manager did an excellent job with supporting my wife’s request. At the end of the night, the sandwich was made with a different bun. Wasn’t that big of a deal, but I know my wife likes certain textures. The manager made sure order the right sandwich even at the end of the night. I really appreciate them doing that for her.
