Ordered a simple $6 All American Meal and it was horrific. The receipt was correct but whomever was on the grill Feb. 21, 2026 at approximately 11pm goofed my burger up!!! The burger was sooo messy and let me not forget cold. The tators were luke warm and the drink was watered down.. I don’t care how hungry I am after gambling I WILL NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN!!!!

You know- this particular Sonic has never disappointed me. I usually come here on Tuesday evenings. I order through the app and come by and pickup my order. Although the interaction is short , the employees are very prompt, very friendly and courteous. The food is tasty and is always correct. I enjoy coming here. The Tuesday night crew has it going on!!! The carhop Crystal was so sweet and friendly. The food was so-so. I got the new iced caramel toffee coffee and listen, I like sweet. But this was REALLY sweet. Like, I need a shot of insulin, sweet. Also, I just have to say how happy I am that Sonic has finally enabled tips on their credit card payments.

She couldn’t comprehend a simple request for chocolate shake with banana and just put banana shake, so I pushed the button again and got a different person and asked him for chocolate syrup in the banana shake, so then I atleast got charged for chocolate but still got a banana shake….

Just had one of the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a Sonic.
Ordered using app arrived, notified them I was here then waited much longer then typically but to be expected with staffing issues these days everywhere.
However when I arrived home I found the two five piece chicken strip dinners I ordered each only has three popcorn size pieces of chicken. Also the two slushes I had ordered barely had any flavoring.
Very very disappointed!

This location definitely could use some training on quality control. Just in the past 2 weeks we visited four times. Twice we sat outside for dinner and the visits were fine except we weren’t provided any straws/napkins/forks and had to ask for them. We have also visited twice via the drive thru window later at night for dessert. The first time I ordered a shake which as I pulled away, I discovered had a fly stuck on the whipping cream. Obviously this was discarded so a waste of time and around $7. Tonight we raced down there for dessert since they are only place open late. This time ordered Cheesecake/Reeses’s master shake and M&M blast. The shake appeared to be pretty much a cup of soft serve with whipped cream and a few pieces of PB cup on top. It also had a strange chemical flavor to it. Nothing like I would have received from any other location. The blast also appeared to be a messy half full cup of soft serve with M&M dumped on top. I posted photo of this exactly how it was handed to me. Looks like it was started and handed out the window unfinished. Typically they are well worth $6-$7 price tag, but my suggestion at this location would be to just skip dessert or get something at the travel stop down the road you might at least enjoy.

The wait wasn’t bad. I’m totally ok with waiting for a good meal. But this was the worst sonic experiance I have ever had. We both ordered double patty burgers and only received single Patty burgers. I think the wait was so long so we could get cold food. I’ve been a chef for 25 years and I highly suggest changing your fryer grease more often. The saddest part about that is, the fries were better than the hockey puck “burgers”. we are from out of town so I’m not looking for a refund or a new meal. But for the general manager and owner to step up serving the community and others being in such a great location

My husband and I were driving thru from OKC to Dallas. We stopped here. He got the triple smasher burger with bacon, tator tots and ocean water cream slush. I got the chicken bites, tator tots and a strawberry cream slush. The wait was a little long, but totally worth it. Al our food was cooked fresh and was nice and hot. My husbands was very happy with the burger. Tutor tots were nice and crispy. The chicken bites were very tasty. Cream blushes were perfect and mixed well. Very good. Best Sonic we’ve ever been too. The lady at the drive thru was really nice too. The parking lot and area is very well maintained. Thank-you for such good food and great service.

I drove around the building twice and then honked at the drive-through Speaker. I was the only one in line at 7:10 AM and they told me it was going to be a 20 minute wait for one sausage burrito.
