This place is so amazing! It’s very clean and well cared for. The workers are super nice and overall a great atmosphere! I recently tried the ice cream at Burger King, and I was genuinely impressed! The soft-serve was incredibly creamy and had the perfect sweetness without being overwhelming. The texture was smooth and consistent, and it didn’t melt too quickly, which is always a plus. The only issue I had was there was some homeless people sitting in the plaza but I won’t take away any stars because it is not burger kings fault. It was overall a great experience!

She Beautiful
The worse experience when all I ordered was a whopper Jr with cheese the literally threw it in the bag and I took it back because the refused to answer the phone. Instead of apologizing she tried to argue with me about ordering another burger. I even said I would pay extra for a whopper instead and she refused. Then finally gave me a replacement, I open it and it looks like someone spit on top of the bread. Long story short I am going to bed hungry because I am grossed out by the customer service and the burger.

I got the Royal Spicy Chicken, which was very delicious and the food was mixed in well, and the Weber Beef Burger had a classic flavour. The fries were ok.

The lady working the drive thru was very sweet. She had long red hair and a smile that was very welcoming. Her attitude was perfect and she spoke to me like we’re friends forever lol. She’s a asset to be and I hope they realize it.

Went to the location at 9:45 to order inside but take to go and they had the doors locked but the signs says the dining area is open until 10pm. This location always has issues like this. We’ve seen them close up at 11pm. Manager doesn’t give a shit about their customers. Every time we’ve gone to this location, the staff and managers are rude. This one is just closer to our home but we will going out of our way to go to the other location on Fowler.

Possibly the worst BK I’ve ever been to. Chicken sandwich and fries were old, and judging by the color, I have to wonder if they’ve ever changed their cooking oil. Cashier couldn’t wait till her shift was over and let me know she only had an hour left.

After the 15 minute wait for our order and attitude from the woman taking our order. They topped off the horrible service with giving my son OLD ROCK HARD mozzarella sticks. This is honestly so ridiculous this place is going to MAKE SOMEONE SICK!!!

I love going to this Burger King. It doesn’t matter the time of day, they always get my order exactly right. Food is always fresh and the staff is always great. Anytime I’m craving BK I take the drive here. They even have the cheesy tots after regular hours, fries are always seasoned well, onion rings are always fresh. 100% recommend!

But today I didn’t get the correct order. Drive thru even repeated my order and gave me my bag with the correct order printed on it… But was given croissants instead.
