I’ve gotten food here a few times and finally will no longer be eating here ever again. Ordered a 3 piece spicy, got a 5-piece NOT spicy. This is probably the 4th or 5th time in 3 years they’ve completely screwed up my order. Save your time, go get fast food elsewhere.

Its absolutely ridiculous that this company charges 8.39 for a large side that isn’t big enough to feed 2 people. The chicken was nasty, even though it was fresh out the fryer it tasted like old oil. Wouldn’t hurt for them to actually change their grease but im sure they don’t because it saves their food costs. The drive thru worker had no idea how to ring up orders and the shift manager did not care about me having to wait over 30 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken. I will never come back again. The staff are amazing! They were so kind, and they were working very hard. I don’t in any way want to demean them or have them feel it was them. I was just disappointed in the food. It wasn’t poorly made or the worst. Much like In-N-Out though, Popeyes didn’t live up to the hype. It’s just a different form of KFC with a different flavor, not better or worse.

Sad to say, they didn’t have the right chicken and wanted us to wait almost 20 min. We went with different chicken and it wasn’t the best. Ended up feeling like we didn’t want to go back again. We wanted to eat in the dining room, had to clean our own table. The soda fountain was out of most sodas… Kinda bad over all, if it wasn’t for the staff being amazing we probably would’ve made a scene….
