I’m giving this location only two stars instead of 1 because they have extremely helpful employees but the owner is not making it easy on his employees. We ordered multiple meals and was given drink cups that every other location uses as their water cup and was told that the owner doesn’t buy the large plastic cups so the super small cup is used for all meal orders uses you upgrade to a larger size. Then we ordered a full size meal salad that costs $14 and the employees put it a cup of soup size container due to the owner not buying the salad bowls for dinner salads. My cup of soup was not in a regular cup size container and instead in an unmarked half-cup sized to-go container. This owner is trying to use shrinkflation to increase profits and making it extremely difficult for his employees who are customer facing. The photo included is of the $14 salad in what should be the cup of soup container and the cup of soup in half the size of container.

I have been here 3 times in the last year I keep trying to give them a chance but they haven’t got it together. I eat a gluten free diet due to a medical condition and I love firehouse subs sandwiches. But all three times I’ve been to this one they say they are out of gluten free buns so I usually leave and go to a different restaurant, but tonight I decided to just get it in a bowl no bun. Ordered and paid for a medium and I got 3 small slices of ham and a half slice of cheese for $10. There is usually 6-8 slices on a sandwich so that what I assumed it would come with.
The workers were upset that we came in at 10 til close and I get they want to go home but it’s not an excuse to be rude or short to the customer. They also took no sanitary precautions the lady took our order with her gloves on touched the cash and then went into making sandwiches without switching gloves. I won’t be back to this location.

I usually get food head a lot, and tobight, I came in a little late. About 10 minutes before closing. I get it, I’ve worked food, it sucks. But the dude taking my order didn’t speak hardly at all, ignored me while I was talking to him, I mentioned extra mustard and lettuce on my sandwich a couple times and he straight ignored me as if he didn’t hear a word I said. By war the worst interaction I’ve ever had here. Didn’t make my sandwich like I asked, ignored me, wasn’t rude par say, but could use some customary forward training and listening skills.

Great food. My sub was perfect. Service was quick and they were nice. Clean location. Quite but I visited early in day around 1045 so recently open.

I have been to this location a handful of times. Never had a problem with the employees or service for the most part. They don’t usually take forever with making subs, but it has happened. I recently ordered online and received badly burnt meatballs in my sub. I reached out online to have it fixed since I was already home at this point. They stated they reached out several times to the manager with no response. I didnt feel the need to reach out since they did for me. It was a waste of a sub and really disappointed of the lack of response on the order.

I seen the app had a bogo meatball sub on this Monday. I ordered it for pickup. And it was ready when arrived. The staff is friendly and make your sub exactly how you want it.

Went in tonight since we haven’t been there in a while.Ordered two sandwiches, one medium and one large and added the coke & the chips with both, and the total was $43!! This food was lackluster, and not good.We both ate half of it. We took the remainder home to our dogs, who would not eat it as well! I was shocked that two sandwiches & two chips, with literally five chips in each bag & two drinks would be over $40!! They even had the nerve to ask for a tip!!! I would say, avoid this place like the plague. You can get better food anywhere. They also use PAPER straws….ugh!

Firehouse has always been and still is the best place in Clarksville, Fort Campbell, Oak Grove and Hoptown for subs. These subs are worth the drive to I24 exit 4 and dealing with the terrible Wilma traffic. I really enjoy sitting down and eating here. The freestyle COKE machine has every flavor imaginable and the efficient staff actually keep up with the ice, syrup and carbonated water requirements.

Of course the subs and the ingredients that go into each masterpiece are fresh, taste amazing and always made to order.

I ate here recently and they have thankfully brought back their LIMITED selection of hot sauces. I’m used to the pre- covid firehouse sub shops, where i could try about 15 different sauces each visit, if i wanted. They now have 5 different packets of hot sauce upon request. I’ll take it.

Go to the firehouse, sit on down and have a wonderful lunch or dinner. Then order a sandwich to-go for the next day’s lunch. You won’t regret it!

The food was good, but there could have been more meat on the sandwich for the price. There were two very friendly people working, and the place wasn’t very busy when we were there, but some of the tables were dirty and the bathroom definitely needed some attention. The girl who took our money charged us for water at $2.79 each. She may have been new and it could have been an honest mistake, but we were very happy that we got a receipt and checked it over.

I ordered the French Dip sandwich today to be delivered. It came without the auju sauce. I called and the woman on the phone said it doesn’t come with it you have to order it extra. I said yes it does and she said no it doesn’t. That’s not true there is no way to order the sauce on the menu. They need to do some serious retraining on what the menu is and how to talk to customers. She said “well you can come and get it”. I had it delivered because I can’t come pick it up! Do better Firehouse with customer service this woman has no customer service skills. #FirehouseSubs
