This doesn’t deserve a 1 star, but it won’t let me post anything less.
This place is disgusting. Food is cold and no flavor at all. It tastes reheated or has been sitting a very long time. How is this place in business. All the food tasted like mush. Especially the shrimp and spring rolls. Rice and lo mein were bright orange and tatsed weird. Tables were sticky and carpet moldy smelly. Paid $84 for 3 people in and out in 15min. Never again.

The food is good based on what I’ve tried so far. The staff is nice and friendly. I just wish the walls and place itself got an upgrade or something so it looked cleaner in the walls and such. Other than that, will continue going.

Absolutely the nastiest restaurant I’ve ever been to. It was extremely dirty—dried food on the walls, and the ice cream dipping freezer was disgusting. I watched a lady take her kid’s ice cream after he had already been eating it and scoop more onto it using the shared scoop. I honestly don’t know how this place passed a health inspection. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I traveled from Spokane to Kennewick for work today. We were looking for a Buffet option since we haven’t had a good buffet in a while. Based on the reviews we chose Wok King over another local Buffet. It was difficult to find pricing online. Upon arrival I ran inside to inquire about the price. The staff was pleasant and provided me the price of $19.99 per person. It was a Tuesday night. Initially, we thought we had made a good decision out of the two options we found online however, once we sat down to eat it was clear that some issues presented itself.
As you will notice in the photos our booth was very dirty. It didn’t seem like this place does any deep cleaning after service to ensure a clean healthy environment.
The food was equally as disappointing. While we understand Buffet food isn’t the same quality as other dine-in options, this food lacked proper temperature and it seemed to be sitting out for a while. It was nice that unlimited drinks are provided with an array or drink options.
However, at this price point I expect a little better quality and care for the overall cleanliness of the location in which food being served to the public. To finish it all off I think staff noticed me taking pictures because they immediately began cleaning more than what was taking place before I began taking pictures.
The last disappointment was that the server took my husbands plate from him while he was in the middle of eating off it. He literally was taking a bite of food of the plate when she said “excuse me” and removed the plate from right in front of him.
Unfortunately, what we wanted to be a good experience was not that great. We wished we hadn’t spent $40 for this meal.

Food was cold and old, they didn’t bring our any deserts like they promised my husband and everything was mislabeled couldn’t even tell what half rhe stufd was and they claimed their Mexican looking rice was fried rice and. Service was bad and they charged us 15 dollars for a 2 year old.

Good food! I was preparing for the worst when reading the other reviews but I think coming in around five was the right call, as the food was still warm and fresh. Not anything super delicious, but good quality buffet food for the price.

For $20 a person I am not impressed. While the food was hot and mostly fresh since they were very busy for Mother’s Day, none of it was very good, it was all pretty flavorless. The man stocking the buffet seemed very irritated. Slamming food into trays which caused it to spill onto the counter and then I witnessed him scooping it back into the bins to be served. That grossed me out.

Cold food that didn’t match descriptions. We didn’t dare try the seafood with everything else being below serving temp. The table had built up grime around the edges, and my teen son said he’d wash their nasty windows for $20. Not good when the teen boy says it’s dirty.

the food is disgusting you come in pay any where between 19-22 a person idk if you have to come right when everything is hot but i can at 1 pm on a thursday and it was gross food was even cold and some didn’t look cooked. not many good buffets around tri cities and this falls into the bad
