This is by far one of the best Panera I’ve been to. The food was phenomenal. My food was hot and fresh. I received my food in a timely manner. The Panera was very busy, but the service was very smooth. The staff was friendly. I will be back 10/10

Absolutely disappointed in this establishment. I’ve never had one bad experience with Panera. I’m absolutely disgusted. I ordered a chicken wild rice soup and consumed about 80% of the soup, till I got to the bottom and noticed a funny looking piece of chicken. I poked the piece open and to my discovery, it was completely raw inside. I wanted to vomit when I saw that I had been eating soup with raw chicken inside. I immediately called back this Panera and was horribly mistreated by the manager. The manager that answered my call was a woman, didn’t give me a name. I explained to her what I had found and she completely dismissed my concerns claiming that my discovery of raw chicken couldn’t be possible and basically called me a liar. She insisted the chicken is fully cooked before they put it in the soup, and she completely shut me down. She did not care at all! All though I was refunded for my meal, I’m so disappointed in this Panera location as it has been my go-to spot for comfort food and a good soup. Will never step a foot in here again. Horrible customer service, please do better and stop serving people undercooked meat!

Review written 12/31/2025. Overly toasted bagel and even though email said order was ready, when I arrived there were no orders on pick up shelf.
Waited at counter while employees completely ignored me.
I asked if I could grab the bag myself and they said yeah and she seemed annoyed that I asked.
If they are going to have a pick up shelf, why not use it?
Yes someone could walk in and steal order
BUT that could happen on the counter too.
Also cup was not included with the order for my Sip Club membership. Even though I ordered it. So I had to grab and separate cup from a stack which I shouldn’t have to do because then I touch other people’s cups rims.
Also to note: there is NO drive thru at this location

I went to pick up a Pick 2 and ordered a sandwich along with the Mediterranean chicken salad. While eating, I noticed an insect in my food. I was absolutely disgusted — this is completely unacceptable. Panera has always been my go-to spot, but after this experience, I’m not sure I can eat there again. I was refunded and given a gift card as an apology, but the situation should never have happened in the first place. The salad was made by hand — how was this not noticed before it was served?

I loved the healthy menu options and that you can choose your portion sizes with soups and sandwiches.
The atmosphere was casual and comfortable.
The service was good. The Cashier answered my questions and was polite. There’s also option to place your order on the computers in the store.
The prices were affordable.

Pretty big place. Lots of tables available. Ordering was easy using the computer. I had the chicken noodle soup with bread. It came out fast. The soup was not terrible, but not fantastic either. It tasted a little salty. There was not a lot of chicken or noodles.

Update: came back 1 month later and the same homeless bags occupying the same table!
This Panera location is consistently dirty, understaffed, and full of homeless & crazy people. They also constantly run out of key ingredients (avocado, etc.) at lunchtime. Today there was a homeless person’s stuff occupying a table for hours, lots of dishes piling up, all dirty tables, and other homeless people sleeping both in and outside. Corporate needs to whip this location into shape… it’s a disgrace!

YIKES! My visit here today was truly unfortunate. We came to eat at 6pm and, although they close at 10, chairs were already flipped on top of tables, brooms and cleaning supplies were everywhere, and the place was filthy.
Ordering was a challenge because pretty much everything was sold out. Smoothies, multiple breads, avocado, so many ingredients weren’t available.
Once we did order, my food was made incorrectly. When I let them know my sandwich was missing the peppers it should come with, they just handed them to me in a cup…. I found it bizarre that they didn’t remake it. My boyfriend’s soup was also just barely over room temperature.
All in all a pretty tough visit. It seemed like the workers were much more concerned with horsing around with each other and yelling in strange voices than with making food correctly and keeping the dining area clean.

I had the chicken rice soup in bread bowl, it was and creamy and had good chunk of chicken, I wish there were options for bread apart from the sourdough, I didn’t eat my bread when I was done with the soup cos I don’t like the taste.
My order came out within 10 mins and the environment was clean, lovely indoor and outdoor seating.
