I have gone to Famous Daves for years and it’s always been a good experience. They have made some changes to their menu that I don’t like, such as they got rid of the higher quality hamburgers. The hamburger meat is very dense now and not as tasty. The tea is excellent. The brisket is usually good. The sausage is awesome. I definitely recommend it!!

Famous Dave’s absolutely delivered. I went in expecting good barbecue, but the real surprise was the burger — easily one of the best I’ve had in a while. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right, it had that smoky flavor that makes you want to take your time with every bite. The service was friendly and fast, and the whole place had a comfortable vibe that made the meal even better. I left completely satisfied. If you’re thinking about trying their burger, do it — it’s worth every penny.

This place was incredible. I almost gave up hope finding a bbq place to match what I left behind in Texas. But I lucked out and found this spot close to Omaha. The ribs are tasty and brisket is tender and cooked to perfection. Atmosphere is cozy and interesting, like a way back machine or visit to an Americana museum. The server was attentive and pleasant. It was a great experience overall.

Famous Dave’s totally hits the spot when you’re craving real BBQ! The ribs are tender, smoky, and fall-off-the-bone good, and the sauces give you so many flavor options. The sides are just as strong. especially the mac & cheese and cornbread muffins. Service is warm and upbeat, and the vibe feels fun and family-friendly.

The food was delicious and we had enough left over for our lunch tomorrow. Our server was Jay and we hit it off right away. I told him I am a vocal complainer and he needed to remember that the customer is always right. He teased me right back and made me smile. He took our order and had it to our table within minutes. He let us trade our coleslaw for onion strings. Overall, he was very accommodating. We will definitely be returning soon and make sure we ask for Jay.

This isn’t brisket, Famous Dave’s. This was as thin as a slice of turkey bacon, and tasted like packaged beef jerky. Did you buy it Aldis across the street? You should be embarrassed to serve this, especially at the price point. And you charge an extra dollar for it on the combos to boot.
I can go to any other BBQ place in the metro and get better food than this, at a cheaper price point.

BBQ was excellent, didn’t love the Mac and cheese or the bread pudding. Service was decent, for some reason they brought out the bread pudding (with ice cream) before my meal. So the ice cream was melted before I ate it. I’d recommend this place and give it a second chance.

Sweet tea!
Food is always great my family says. The three stars is from the waitress. Not very helpful, very slow service honestly. I miss the omaha location because the service was much better. The food is sweet and tasty with an Abundance and loads of different BBQ sauces to try out. Lots of them are very sweet but that’s ok because they have a fire one as well.
Great experience. Poor service. But, the manager came by and made sure everything came out great so that was nice. Just be patient with these guys.
