From the moment we walked in the vibe was different! The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Once we sat down our server Lisa was right over to take our order. We got our drinks and GF fries with the yummy sauces super quickly! Because are a celiac family and required a GF meal, we had the kitchen staff come to make sure everything was done with the most caution and care! Aiden went above and beyond to make sure our GF food was free of cross-contamination! Amazing service and delicious food! Even though this isn’t our home location we’ll definitely be back again! Thank you!!!

Rating is a 1 because 0 was not an option. Music was way too loud, we were ordering to go and I couldn’t make a phone call from the lobby, even after stepping outside the Music was still incredibly loud. Then we ordered 4 plates,1 appetizer and 2 shakes and it cam to $100. Then the food was very little, the to go containers were half empty. Then it took another 10min to get the shakes, and the lids were squished and not on the cups properly. Thank goodness we noticed and were careful. We will not be back. This is how you lose customers, we have been going to red Robin for years. It stopped today.

Service was exceptional! The sandwich was great. The fries were a disappointment. They were not crispy at all and the oil they were cooked tasted bitter and old. I am not a fan of the kiosk on the table. But the waitress took care of that and the music was entirely too loud.

There was a long wait to get seated, but the staff was attentive and friendly. After ordering it only took about 10 minutes for our food to come out and it was marvelous. I mean, all red robins are gonna be about the same food wise, but this one was definitely 10/10.

Stopped by between meal times on a weekend and there was a short 10 min wait. The server was very attentive, polite and friendly. Onion rings came to the table fast and were super hot and yummy. Burgers came quickly as well but were hardly warm. They still tasted delicious though. This was my first time to this location and overall it was enjoyable. I will try it again and update this review to 5 stars if the food temperature improves.

Upon arrival, there was no hostess and it will a while for us to be seated.
When we did get to our seats, the floor underneath was trashed.
We were seated right across from the kitchen and the worker in there was yelling so loudly to the other staff, you could hear him in the seating area. Not only that, he was separating the burger patties with his BARE HANDS.
My daughter saw this and immediately decided she would not be eating the burger she ordered.
Service wasn’t that great, bare minimum to say the least.
Needless to say, we won’t be back.

My experience at Red Robin in Sherwood, OR, was fantastic! The ambiance was great, with multiple LED televisions set to sports channels and the background music set to comfortable levels.
The service was amazing, and our server made sure our food and allergy restrictions were met. Paying our check was not difficult because the Ziosk made the transaction smooth.
I had the new Smashed Avocado Burger with French fries. It was delicious, and the order was made correctly the first time. The fries were hot, and there were plenty of them.

It is not consistent with other locations and the onion rings did not taste good, maybe even a little sour. I am holding this to lower standards because lets face it- its basically just a slightly better Dennys but flat soda? I expect at least average food so I was disappointed
