I just wanna thank Bianca for making me and my family feel welcomed and comfortable. She was very nice to me and every other customer, she always smiled, she suggested new stuff and deals going on, she was very helpful and incredibly fast. I never thought I would be making a review but she deserves recognition. The other employees were so nice and caring too. Those people make the environment of the place very warming.

I can’t believe I’m actually taking the time out to do this review but it’s impossible to ignore & impossible for me not to report the service and experience I went through. I’m a regular costumer at this location, I live down the street.
Just a few hrs ago, todays date is December 3rd. At the time between 5-6. I visited the location after a long day of work in hope of a great meal, but instead had to deal with aggressively rude store managers/employees.
I made an online order thru the app and picked it up only to find out, that some of my order was missing. I called the location to solve the issue hoping I can just go pick up what was missing but instead the store managers Martha & Bianca chose to call me a liar and stated they gave me my complete order and proceeded to argue with me. I told them I would rather drop by and ask for refund. I honestly don’t understand why would I be called a liar for a simple error on your employees end, Ridiculous. I arrived at the location with my wife whos name is under the order and we politely asked fot a refund and to have a word with the manager. Each one of them lied and said the person i spoke to (the manager) had left after i got off the phone with her. Shortly after I explained to them once more that I only want a refund or a simple pie and mozzarella sticks.
They proceeded to deny me my food and refund…then began to act in an unacceptable manner infront of other costumers while more incomplete orders were coming in. Martha began to hide in the back after refusing to answer my questions and Bianca continued to insult me…now long after, her final response was her asking “if I give you your food, will you still leave a bad review?” And sadly yes due to the horrible service and lies told. UNACCEPTABLE!
The support system they have in there is below standards and the management outta be ashamed of themselves as well. If they can’t please the costumer or atleast handle a situation in a reasonable manner then they shouldn’t be working for you guys at all.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAMERAS BECAUSE “BIANCA” IS COMPLETELY RUDE FOR THROWING MY STRAWS AT ME.
After all this I hope the location can improve and can learn to compensate each costumer for any inconvenience or horrible service.

Today I placed an order for the SpongeBob that I was super excited for , I placed my order online and sent my husband to pick it up , when my husband arrived home I got my limited edition orders in a regular Burger King bag I opted the bag and I was missing my pie that ones with one of my combos , and I was also missing a 4pc mossy sticks , I proceeded to call the Burger King on Maryland where I had placed my order and let them know that I was missing those two items and Marta called me a liar , she said she put everything in the bag and that they were not going to give me my missing items because. She put it in the bag , she assured us she had put it in the bag , she hung up on us after she said she was not going to replace anything and said I should’ve checked my order , unfortunately I was not there to pick up the order the first time and my husband didn’t check the bag , I automatically stopped unwrapping my food and decided to bag everything up and return it to the store , at this point I didn’t even want to get my meal replaced I just wanted my money back unfortunately they couldn’t refund me because I ordered online , I said can you at least replace the order then , I said I’m going to leave a review about this issue with my order and Marta say “ if I replace your order are you still going to leave a bad review “ I said yes I had a horrible experience I sure am and she denied replacing my meal after I told her I was going to leave a review , as we were letting Bianca & Martha know about the issue about them forgetting my pie , another customer walks in and lets them know they forgot the SAME ITEM IN THEIR ORDER realizing that they had been rude and messed up they looked at each other and proceeded to smirk and said that they couldn’t replace the order only one meal ? I couldn’t even get the items that were missing .
We are definitely calling corporate and letting them the horrible service we received by Martha & Bianca two Mexican ladies that work there one has black hair and the other has blonde streaks on her hair .
We came back in the store to get the drinks from our order and she threw the drink draws at us and it’s all on camera . We asked for the names and they both visibly hid their name tags and refused to give us their names so her had to stick around and figure out the name tags . MARTHA & BIANCA DO NOT LIKE THEIR JOB ! Please get a new job you guys ruined my experience and I will never even come here again & corporate will hear about both Martha & Bianca and the terrible service they gave us . Never going back to this locate take your business elsewhere .

4 of us went for dinner and used the app to get the big bundle, but it wasn’t enough food for 4 people. The app only allows you to order 1 bundle an hour, so endedup spending 20% more then we had planned on. If you use the app try to plan ahead so you order the big bundle an hour ahead so you can get something more when you get there.
