A brand new Panda! However, I didn’t like the layout, I feel the dining area could’ve been larger and roomier of they hadn’t oriented the kitchen to the side. I don’t know if it gets busy, but there’s not a lot of seats.
The food I got today was good, but, I had an issue with the lo mein noodles, I am VERY familiar with Panda Express and these noodles did not taste right today … Very bland.
The staff was great.

Great experience at Panda Express today! The food was fresh and delicious, and everything was served quickly.
A special thank you to Zoha, who helped us. She was very friendly, patient, and provided excellent service.
We’ll definitely be coming back!

I visited the Cockeysville Panda express for the 1st time on 3-3-26..my order was a bowl of sweet n sour chicken.
I was charged for a plate not a bowl with out explanation. There was only one other customer there and he was sitting down almost done with his meal….so it wasn’t busy.My food was rushed into a bag and handed to me with my drink..the cashier put everything in the bag except a fork and napkin..I had to go back to the cashier and ask if they had utensils. By the look on her face when she handed me a fork..I don’t think she was expecting me to go through the contents of my bag before I left.
And for the atmosphere I thought I was sitting in a high school cafeteria. There were so many loud conversations and excitement and laughter all going at once…that it wasn’t very peaceful to sit and eat my food. And the 4 pieces of chicken on top of 2 lbs of rice was truly a rip off for the money..she offered me extra meat for like $1.16 and told the cashier to charge me $2 for it..so “management “….how do You think I feel about my 1st visit?

Been to this location a few times since they opened and the food & service always hits the same. From the lo mein to the fried rice… the walnut shrimp to the orange chicken… we enjoy every bite. Nice serving sizes and the prices are always reasonable for the amount of food you get. Stop by and give em a try! Follow more reviews @IG: Robthefoodguy @eat_n_critique

My boyfriend went to get take out for the two of us. He asked for one scoop of rice instead of two for my lunch. When he got home and I opened the food container I saw that nearly the entire container was full of rice. Also there was NO chicken. The order was the chicken, mushroom, and zucchini dish. NO chicken!! My boyfriend’s lunch contained a very small portion of orange chicken. Also for the third time, they did NOT include fortune cookies. I am hugely disappointed. IF I go back I will carefully watch the person filling the lunch containers. The food we got today was UNACCEPTABLE.

How do you bombard me with ads for the new sesame shrimp and beef, then say you have none after I have already ordered, paid for and driven to the store for? I could have gone anywhere for lunch but was lured by your ad, then frankly pissed off that I had do pick another premium item because that’s what I had paid for! I understand how things can run out. That’s not the problem. The problem is that your app said you had it and allowed me to purchase it even though it was not available. I’m disappointed for sure!

Food is usually alright but the portions keep getting smaller and more expensive! For 1.50 extra they barely give any walnut shrimp anymore. And there is always a wait for something to be cooked even tho they aren’t busy.

The person at the register was not kind or polite in the least. I just used a coupon (BOGO specifically), and the portions of the food were not good enough. I would also like to add that I was not given napkins, utensils, or even a fortune cookie. And I only realized that when I got home.

I was here twice in a week. I like the food although the portions are on the small side, but they give you plenty of rice or noodles. If you come in the front you need to walk around the side to see the menu. They charge a little more for some selections. I liked the Kung Pao Chicken and the Orange Chicken, the Black Pepper Steak (a premium) not so much. The first bill with two items and a small drink was $14.93 the second time $12.94 (no premium selection). The noise level can be a little on the high side. I will be back soon.
