Review Title: Delicious and Convenient – The Perfect Lunch for a Trip to Pensacola BeachReview: Every time after the Sunday service at Olive Baptist Church, I make it a point to grab a meal from this Arby’s on my way to Pensacola Beach. The fast food here is truly unique, and my go-to choices are the Classic Beef ‘N Cheddar Meal, Smokehouse Brisket Meal, and Chicken Bacon Swiss Sandwich Meal. Each has its own special flavor. Pairing these with either Curly Fries or Crinkle Fries makes for a wonderful lunch. My absolute favorite is their distinctive ARBY’S HORSEY SAUCE, which is simply unforgettable. The overall service is also commendable, with friendly and efficient staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience every time. This is definitely the perfect lunch stop for a trip to Pensacola Beach!

The food is really good. However, I guess the cashier was having a bad day or she doesn’t want to work in here. She was rude and it looked like she wanted to cry. I guess managers should pay more attention to how the customer are being served.

6-1-2022 @ 530pm: I had to try the Wagyu deluxe burger! I had a large order; the Wagyu deluxe large meal; a 5-piece chicken nugget meal; a Mac & cheese; and two cherry turnovers.
Drive through was fast and had my order co pelted in just a few minutes. I gotta say the young lady (receipt said Prinessivey) was excellent in double checking the order before handing it out the window to me. She should training others or in management. Food: the new Wagyu burger ($10) is okay… does it knock off Wendy’s double, a whopper, or quarter pounder? I’m saying no because it’s not unique. Meat was not as tasty as I would have guess. It’s good but, would I order it next time?.. no. I’d rather have one of the other Arbys sandwiches which are great! Curly fries were good; cherry turnovers were good (once warmed up at home). My wife said her chicken nuggets appear to have been setting a while (tough). Plenty of condiments… just as I asked for. If I had to eat one place for the rest of the year; it would most likely be Arbys. 5-star service. 4.8 star food.

I ordered two sandwiches, one medium fry and a medium tea for delivery via the Arby’s app yesterday. I believe it was delivered using DD but I definitely ordered via the Arby’s app. I requested three packets of sauce and one ketchup. The sandwiches, fries and drink were delivered as ordered, however, I did not receive the sauce, ketchup or even a straw for my drink. This issue cannot be placed on the delivery driver as the bag is sealed. This shows a complete lack of care for the customer and Arby’s staff/management is solely responsible. Arby’s sandwiches are a favorite and I know I will order or visit again. I hope staff will be more diligent with order processing.

The first two sandwich pics are supposed to look like the third one that Arby’s advertises. Service through the drive thru was slow, and the sandwiches cost $4.59 each. They were’t even edible, and I have to drive back there after work tomorrow for a refund (I guess gas is free). Apparently the manager prepared my order (lead by example). There is no way that they didn’t know what they served me was overcooked and dried out. I could not tell if it was fried again after sitting. You could go to Chick-fil-A 50,000 times an not have this negative experience.

The people at this store are always very kind when I walk in. I do delivery and also came to get an online take out order. I am always greeted when I walk in, just like today. And I love that I can always hear everyone communicating with each other and with the customers. It makes wait times when it’s busy so much better because I understand they’re working and not just ignoring me like some places

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered two meals through online thinking that would be convenient. Nah. Wrong. I waited 30 mins in line and when I got my meals my fries were the ends of curls no curls, my shake (which they charge full price for) was mainly just a chocolate shake but I ordered the Jamocha, and my beef n cheddars sandwiches had no cheddar on them but just a dab and no red sauce at all. I will not be back
