The wrap literally burst open just because it was rolled so poorly. When I pointed it out, the staff member casually laughed and said, ‘You can still eat it,’ as if customers are supposed to just tolerate their mistake.
I asked them to remake it, but they suddenly claimed they had no ingredients left, even though the ingredients were clearly sitting right behind the counter.
The tortilla was also ice-cold, like it came straight out of a freezer, and they insisted that was ‘normal.’
Honestly, the dismissive attitude and the way I was treated made me feel like I was being looked down on… even to the point where I wondered if I was experiencing discrimination.

I found the footlong bread was about 25% smaller in size. The owner was charging $0.25 for any extra vegetables or sauce. Overall, looks like the owner had their own policy and were not following subway francaise policy standards.

Before placing my order, I informed the employee I had a coupon, and her demeanor changed instantly. As if she was annoyed by that. I ordered two sandwiches and neither of them had the appropriate amount of meat, very skimpy and she spread it across the sandwiches, to look as though it was the full amount. When I asked about it, she suggested I get double meat. She then put the bare minimum of toppings on the sandwiches also. Resulting in me constantly asking, “can you please add more of this and that.” Not to mention my “six inch” was about a four inch and when I asked about it, she said it was a six inch sandwich, it clearly wasn’t.

I used to come here multiple times a week knowing that they don’t put much on sandwiches, but it is close to my work and I go anyway. I watched the employee ring up my order today 4 different times and ended up charging me the one that cost the most which is ridiculous. He rang me up for stuff I didn’t even get which you don’t know until after you pay and get the receipt.
Also, Do not ever tell them that you have a coupon because they will put even less on your sandwich if they know ahead of time!

Normally I’d skip writing a review for a chain but honestly this is the best Subway in town! Seriously. I always stop here on my way to work if I’m short on time and it’s always so fast. Dora (maybe the owner) is always so nice and does a great job. It’s also spotless and well cared for. Great work!

The food and service were fine, but the bathroom area has a scarily large colony of what appears to be black mold growing in it. Visible drips on the ground and the air smelled moldy even in the bathroom.

I was very happy with my experience at this subway. The food was fresh, the employee was nice and she actually wrapped the sandwich with some real effort and tried to push all the toppings in. I have been to so many subways where they just wrap the paper around the sandwich practically as it is, don’t use the knife to close it or anything and it’s why I stopped going to Subway in general. This was early in the morning and the only thing open so I gave it a shot and I am happy I did! Thanks for the best subway experience I have had in years.

THIS IS NOT A FAMILY RESTAURANT! The 2 male employees would not quit flirting and staring at my 13 year old, 12 year old, and 10 year old daughter. In addition to that, they wouldn’t take their eyes off of my wife when she bent over. ONLY PERVERTS HERE! STEER CLEAR IF YOU HAVE GIRLS!!
