Our school orders hot lunch from this location sometimes. The morning team and manager are great to work with! I had a last-minute order for them this week and they had it completed promptly and accurately, with all the items packed neatly in a large box for me. I’m glad they could accommodate our large order on such short notice.

The food was great, but the customer service at the drive-thru was very disappointing. This was my first time using the mobile app, and when I pulled up to the window I was asked if I had a mobile order. I gave the code I was provided and explained that I was there to pick up my order. The employee responded rudely, questioned why I gave the code, and told me she didn’t need it, which made the interaction uncomfortable and disrespectful especially for someone using the app for the first time. I believe this employee needs coaching on customer service and communication so other customers don’t have a similar experience. Great food, but the attitude at the drive-thru really took away from it.

Ordered online and it was at this location by accident I realized once the order said confirmed I hit cancel immediately because the cancel button pops up which is useless I literally hit it immediately and it said oops sorry your orders in process so why you even have a cancel button. I then proceeded to call that store to let them know that location was ordered to by accident because I was 40 minutes away from there and the person I spoke to stated don’t worry about it if you don’t pick up the order it won’t charge you. Which was a lie got charged $30 and did not pick up my food because I was told I wouldn’t be charged. Needless to stay I lost $29. Very poor customer service. Will not be returning and I used to go there twice a week!

I ordered a Nacho supreme with no beans and sour cream. I ordered it off the kiosk so there is no option to put on the side. When I got my order I asked for a small thing of beans and the lady said there be a small charge but I said there is no place to put it on the side using the kiosk she said if I said something when I ordered it be different, I said Im asking now u know I ordered it without but wanted some on the side so why a charge they would do it if I ordered thru the drive thru so confused but anyway get home and there is hardly no meat or cheese your place sucks.

Will not be stopping here again. Was visiting a friend in the hospital, and decided to stop here on my way home. First of al,l The only other people in the building besides myself, my husband and the employees were the four very sketchy looking people in the lobby, who were not eating, just loitering. There were five employees standing behind the counter, doing nothing, because there was no one in the Drive-Thru and only my husband and I ordering food. However, we were told we had to use the kiosk even if we were paying cash. So we did. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla with extra cheese and light jalapeno ranch sauce and this is what I got. It’s not even cut correctly. There is next to no cheese and all the sauce in the world . We were going to eat in the restaurant however I did not feel comfortable. The entire experience was poor. Love me some Taco Bell but will not be going back to this one.

1st….burrito was the size of a soft taco …with maybe a teaspoon worth of beans and beef ..nasty.

The food was not fresh at all. I couldn’t bring myself to eat the taco. You could tell it was old, pre made and had been sitting a while. I had to heat the cold: not even warm, fiesta potatoes. Coming to realize if you want quality fresh food, you have to cook it yourself and eat at home. Not satisfied at all and the location will be closed by the time I even try to go back. A waste of money.

I’m going to start this by saying I go to this location at least once a week or every other and usually it’s great the staff the food it’s great I just went through the drive through and staff was amazing BUT I ordered 2 cheesy Gordita crunch’s and they both came without any type of sauce 🙁 which is the best part…disappointed just thought to put this here so it doesn’t happen again.
