This has become a Greenville staple for years. The decor has remained the same since its inception and pizzas renamed after famous “Elizabeth’s.” Nothing heavily seasoned or spiced, a lot of safe choices, but successful ones. The service is always good and everyone leaves with a smile except this time. Several female patrons were over-served at the bar and were rowdy and loud. Their behavior & actions spilled over and made things extremely uncomfortable for my children as well and then spilt over into the plaza and neighboring establishments.

Was not what I expected. This is not your run of the mill pizza place. It was an experience. As you walk in from the parking lot, you go through an area where there are lights strung through artificial trees. This is all under cover, so as long as it’s warm, you can eat out here. As you walk through the doors immediately to your right is quick take out. On the left-hand side is a baby grand and a cushioned seating area for sitting, chatting and having a drink. Bar with seating to the right and the whole area opens to a large dining area with tables and booths. There is a fireplace in the middle. There’s also a back room that they can wall off for birthday parties or other small events. The decor is an eclectic mix of styles. One wall is all photographs of all the famous elizabeths through the years. The bathrooms for the women are pretty elegant.The men’s room i was told was ordinary. The menu allows you to pick premade choices or you can create your own salads and pizzas. There are also a variety of appetizers. the deserts were to die for. There was a large selection of wines and beers. There are also some suggestions of wines for certain foods. This is definitely a place for people who want to experience new taste adventures. If you want the same old, same old go elsewhere. For example , we loved the basil butter cream on the berry mousse layer cake. It took some of this sickening sweetness out of what would have been an overwhelming frosting.

I really really wanted to like this place as it came highly recommended and has such great reviews. My family went to dinner on Sunday the 15th and as sad as it it for me to write this, i didn’t even want to give it 1 Star. First off, it’s in a more affluent area so I would expect better quality and service for a $90 meal of pizza. The establishment is quaint and clean. That’s the only positive. It wasn’t busy AT ALL but not only was our service slow the waitress was TERRIBLE. The entire time I felt as if either she didn’t want to be there or she didn’t want us there. ZERO customer service skills. If it weren’t for her I would entertain trying the restaurant again even though the food was bland and just poor quality. I had to switch pizza with my son because his was so terrible.Aldi’s pizza is better. The breadsticks were pathetic. I would expect far better quality and service considering the price and area. I had already prepared to pay far more for a pizza with the expectation the experience would be pleasant. I’ve had better experience at Seasons in Newport. $90 for three people to eat bland food with service that was nonexistent is disheartening. Maybe the waitress had a bad Valentines Day. Maybe the food is supposed to be bland. I guess I had high expectations. I wouldn’t recommend.

Great salads, great pizza, great service, and great atmosphere! The large pizza and regular size salad are eacha nice shareable size. Visited here after a day at Winterthur, and had a five star experience. The place was packed, the service and food was better than we were expecting. The decor with all the famous Elizabeths (even in the bathroom) was a nice touch. I’m not sure if they have this all the time, but when we were there they also had live music with a piano guy who played really well!

Pizza by Elizabeth’s understood the assignment. Tucked in an upscale neighborhood and absolutely delivering during the busiest holiday season, this Christmas lunch was nothing short of perfection.
I came with three of my good girlfriends, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was elevated. Our waiter Bryant was a total standout warm, polished, and incredibly attentive. He greeted us immediately, brought water without us asking (classy touch), and made sure we were comfortable even with the holiday crowd buzzing around us.
The food? A full-on flex. We had a mix of dietary needs gluten-free, vegetarian, and meat-lover and everyone left impressed. The gluten-free pizza and salad were excellent, the meat pizza was “can’t-wait-to-eat-the-leftovers” good, and my creamy spinach artichoke pizza with fresh parmesan was rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
Now let’s talk about the mocktail because BABY. We asked for a festive cranberry mocktail and the bartender came through like a pro. Fresh cranberries, orange, mint perfectly balanced, refreshing, not too sweet, not bitter. Hands down one of the best mocktails I’ve had in the last two years. Holiday magic in a glass.

YES PLEASE! This place is super cute! We really enjoyed the different choices on the menu. The food was delicious. The drinks were top notch. Just be prepared to pay good money for everything. I did not mind because everything was more elevated. Highly recommend

We had a great dinner here! The atmosphere is fun and inviting, the staff is friendly and helpful (great menu suggestions), and the food was delicious. I had the Shannon pizza and my husband had the curry chicken salad. We shared samples with each other and both meals were very good. Our friends had a variety of other pizzas and all enjoyed them.

I wish I could say this is a well kept secret but it’s not. This place consistently ranks amongst the top places to dine in De. Amazing food, excellent service and classy ambience. Even the process of getting your check is great. They serve you your check with the best little treat of homemade toffee. Love it.
