So im ordering food at the 98th street location when the lady taking my order is coughing in face because I smell like weed. Mind you we live in a weed legal state. I know its not everyone’s thing but why the attitude . Then she started talking about me in spanish thinking I wouldn’t use Google translator to translate your your conversation about me with a customer. Lady I hope this reaches you and your bosses. Your rude as hell and I’ll filing a complaint with your management team. Everyone i go here just because its literally less than 10 mins away its always a problem. Please do better. Don’t be rude because you an issue with Marijuana.

Triple check that you get your food. I double checked and thought it was all there but got all the way home and was missing a whole burger and only had half a container of side I’d ordered. They also have people working not in uniform, with their stomachs hanging out and hair down. Also they never clean their fry oil it looks like. Fries look like they’re peppered but theyre just dirty.

This store received 4 STARS for meeting most of the expectations above. There were 3 cars in front of me, there was a bit of a wait, yet they were still quick in taking care of me. I thought all orders were already handed out to me but KUDOS to Aaron he chased me outside and handed me the rest of the orders. Thank you for the great service!

The store on 98th street always feels like they are impatient to have you order. They sigh and get irritated if I take too long to order. Had to say multiple time for the server to hold on I’m trying to figure out my order. Other than that food is good. Can’t really get anything right. Always something missing.

I got my order and a original chicken sandwich was missing. I told the guy and he told the lady in charge of the area and I saw a chicken sandwich been made and they gave it to the drive thru and told me that I had to wait for a new one, but the rest of my order gets cold. I talked to the Manager about the issue and Miss Imelda was professional and understanding about the issue and All the staff have been nice and friendly. Thank you Burger King staff and the manager for fixing the problem.
