I have eaten at this location 2x in the past month. First time we dined in and the food and service were excellent. Today I went for the 2nd time and was picking up a mobile order. I waited over 5 min at the window after pressing and holding the bell. Once staff arrived, she said the good still want ready and to please wait. Sure, not a problem. Once I got my food and got it home I found onions in my bowl and a majority of the rice was hard, as if undercooked. This is the one ingredient I asked them to please not include. My first experience here was a 5/5 and today was a 2.5 unfortunately.

This place used to be very good quality it’s sad to order the same thing now lavash chicken wrap it’s all soggy tomatoes with barely anything else inside & a tiny “Greek salad” that’s just lettuce onion & and olive for $20. I can’t eat the wrap it’s so soggy can’t even find chicken. Oh and I ordered chicken rice soup and as usual I’m charged but it’s not in the bag. They always forget something & if you request no tomatoes there will always be extra tomatoes. It’s unbelievable how much they can mess up in one order, consistently. I’m done forever i can’t recommend this place or spend another penny there. Don’t be fooled by the name, it’s not the same quality it service it used to be. Many other places have better quality, quantity & service that would be happy to have you.

Nothing special here, maybe the folks leaving 5-star reviews have never had Mediterranean food before. Taste was decent, but the lack of sauce left me as sad as this sandwich looks. The cilantro jalapeño hummus was great, but unless you’re only eating hummus for lunch I’d suggest you keep looking

This location has always been much better than the Queen Creek location and it was this time as well. I had the turkey pesto lavash wrap and my wife had the chicken platter. Both meals were portioned perfectly, I do wish they would go back to the sliced turkey on the wrap instead of the chunks, but that is just personal preference.

If you add feta cheese to your hummus you get 3 sprinkles? Not worth the cost.

Spent $77 on takeout at Pita Jungle and the entire order was messed up — missing items, incorrect food, and things made completely wrong. Mistakes happen, but what really made this experience terrible was the manager’s response. Instead of trying to fix the situation or make it right in any way, the manager was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care that we paid a lot of money for a completely incorrect order.
Customer service goes a long way, and this place failed hard. When you spend that much on food, you expect basic accuracy and at least some level of accountability when things go wrong. Instead, I was treated like I was the problem for bringing it up.
Definitely won’t be returning, and I’d recommend double-checking your order before you leave — because if they mess it up, don’t expect any help.

Healthy, fast, large portions, cheap, cool atmosphere… need I say more? Friends of mine love this spot and I can see why. Normally I order take out but I dined in and was pleasantly surprised.

This Pita Jungle spot is awesome with great service and tasty food. The fresh ingredients make everything feel healthy, even if I’m loading up on pita chips, hummus, pizza and a spicy chicken bowl at the same time. Every time I hear “Welcome to the Jungle” I can’t help but joke that it was inspired by their Mediterranean chicken salad.

It was ok. I got the chicken curry salad and usually it’s really good but the rice to lettuce ratio was off. There was way more rice for some reason and it was a bit overcooked.
