This place might honestly have the best desserts in summit county. The deconstructed s’more’s and the crème brûlée are 10/10. If you’re looking for a spicey kick ask for grilled Serrano peppers. The staff is also super friendly! Highly recommend checking this place out after a day on the slopes.

Had an amazing dinner last night – caught the happy hour special just in time for some Baja sea bass tacos and an IPA. Both were delicious. We split the Mexican Caesar and chefs cut wagyu picanha which was one of the best steaks we’ve ever had. 10/10. Creme brûlée for dessert to top it all off. Excellent service as well! Highly recommend if you are in the area!

The staff were so friendly. It’s not a large space, and we didn’t have reservations, so they found room for us at the bar. This was best case scenario because our bartender, Zach, was outstanding. He gave us all the ins and outs of the area all while working his butt off making some fantastic cocktails. The food was delicious. First time having duck, and they made a fan out of me. If I can suggest one thing you MUST get no matter what…the PORK BELLY MAC & CHEESE. Omgsh, it’s cheesy heaven in a bowl!

Be sure to go with plenty of time before closing. Like many restaurants in Frisco, will close earlier than listed closing time!

Food was great. I had the Mexican Caesar salad with sirloin tips. Delicious and probably large enough for a meal for many people. Entree was the sablefish with beet roots, ravioli, and mushrooms. Not a fan of sablefish but the dish was good. Friendly, attentive but not overly attentive staff.

Would definitely return and try other dishes on the menu.

We had a great time here! the food was delicious – we had the trout and the burger with french onion soup. Both were incredible! The manager Tyler, went out of his way to make a special drink for us when we couldn’t find something we liked on the menu. The drinks were awesome and we were really impressed by the creativity!

Hands down the best spot in the downtown Frisco area! Even on a packed Saturday, the bar service was fast and friendly. The bartenders really know their specialty drinks and make the experience fun. We shared the 25-oz Picanha and the French onion soup—both were 10/10. Highly recommend!

Tyler and Cody take good care of us at the bar. They can make some good specialty drinks. The espresso martinis are top notch. The atmosphere is nice and the food is fantastic. Not your normal bar food. Great happy hour from 3:00 to 5:30. Get there early to get a seat. Our go to happy hour items are the bang bang shrimp, steak bites, fish tacos and chicken tenders which are legit because they are actually a hand battered chicken breast. Not some chopped up mystery meat. And we like the sweet potato fries. Jordan is the owner and chef and he’s in the kitchen and out front to ensure good food and good service. Thank you.

Our server, Karissa was attentive, personable, and made our experience a memorable one! She’s great at what she does!

As far as the food, I was a little shocked by the beef carpaccio as it is not sliced thin and looked as though it had been seared outside which is not usual..and really wasn’t flavorful at all with raw onions and capers sprinkled without any sauce.

French onion soup was great!

Feedback Regarding Valentine’s Day Dinner

We dined at 5th Avenue Grill on Valentine’s Day and wanted to share some honest feedback. We have always enjoyed your restaurant in the past, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing.

Unfortunately, the level of service and overall execution fell well short of what we have come to expect. The food was served cold, and the wait staff was not especially helpful or attentive throughout the evening.

In addition, the lobster bisque was so poorly prepared that it had to be sent back entirely. Several of the dishes were not done well, and ultimately none of us finished our meals because the food quality was simply not up to standard.

We understand holidays are busy, but given the occasion and the reputation of your restaurant, we expected a much higher level of service and preparation.

We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we would like to continue enjoying 5th Avenue Grill in the future, but this experience was well below expectations.
