I like this taco bell a lot. This was my first time going inside to this fast food restaurant. The guy who took our order has a disability. Shout out to him for his patience and kindness. The cheese quesadilla came out quickly within 2 minutes. I also got a small mountain dew.

I have always enjoyed this Taco Bell location, but the decision to replace human employees with an AI ordering system is deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Customers come here expecting real customer service, not to be forced into interacting with a machine. This change feels like a blatant attempt to cut costs at the expense of both employees and customers. Human interaction matters, and removing it degrades the entire experience. Even your own staff acknowledge that these changes are widely disliked. If this direction continues, you risk driving loyal customers away and damaging the franchise long-term. I strongly urge you to reconsider this approach and return to a standard, human-centered model of customer service.

Stopped at the drive-thru tonight (11/20/25 around 3:40 PM) to pick up my mobile order, and the service was… awkward. The young woman at the window barely acknowledged me. She handed me both bags without saying “here you go,” “have a good night,” or anything at all, so I sat there unsure if my order was complete. When I asked, “Sorry, is that it?” she just said “yeah” in an annoyed tone and immediately turned to her coworker to talk about how she couldn’t wait to leave.

I don’t expect anyone to be overly friendly, but basic communication like “here’s your food, have a good night” goes a long way. The whole interaction felt very strange and unpleasant.

I ordered nacho fries. Got the cheese. No fries. Ordered 2 soft tacos and 5 Dorito tacos. Got 7 regular hard tacos. Paid over 20$ for this crummy bs. And the woman at the window can’t even speak English

I usually almost always have good experiences at this Taco Bell location. Their staff is pretty friendly, if you also put out friendly energy. There’s only a handful of times food is forgotten or sauce isn’t in the bag. I must say, their night staff is ON POINT! Everytime I’m there, late night, the food is always fresh and hot and they give you plenty of sauce. I’d recommend going to this Taco Bell over any others.

I got the cheesy gordita crunch and it was amazing but it was also harder than titanium and also it was colder than ice. It also had this weird blue thing on it. but it tasted well good luck to the workers in cleaning the bathrrom. BYEE

Wanted something different and was kinda feeling taco bell.. ordered #4 crunchwrap supreme comes with a hard or soft taco and a drink!! Hubby got a $5 dollar cheese box… wish they would go back to having the 5$ dollar box in a box so u know what your getting!! I had to go through the whole bag to make sure we got everything!! Ask for mild sauce they gave us 3packets and tons of diablo sauce!!! Showing picture in review of how it came… I know its fast food would of liked a better way to package!!

I work at Amazon overnight so I went to Taco Bell on my 30 minute break and I ordered on the mobile app so when I got there, I could be quicker in line when I got there. I still had to wait 20 minutes in line before getting my food when I got my food every taco in my box was wrong. I ordered nacho tacos and got regular tacos. I added sour cream on my tacos and got nothing added on them. I edit chipotle sauce on my gordita crunch, and got nothing on it by far the most unprofessional thing I’ve seen from a simple fast food job that most people should be able to work for some though I’m talking about the night shift of October 8 at 10 o’clock at night

The new Street Chalupas are AMAAAZING! Taco Bell rarely fails to satisfy. It is fast food so not the healthiest but for that every once in a while craving, Taco Bell is my go to.
We have always found this location to be clean and the staff to be nice.
I don’t know if I just miss them or they don’t have them but I wish they had collabs for Movies and such the way Wendy’s & McDonald’s have. Come on Taco Bell give me a Blue Corn Taco with pulled pork for Lilo and Stitch, PLEASE…
You also can’t beat the value for their meals – Luxe boxes are great.
