The food is always exceeding our expectations. The fried pickles are nice and thick and the dipping sauces complement them greatly. The lunch special nachos was perfect for 2 and loaded so heavy with all the toppings we never ran out of cheese or meat to scoop up.
The pizza is always amazing, great cheese pull with the perfect cook on the crust.

It’s a great atmosphere, food wasn’t as warm as it should be, they gave me a big serving spoon for my soup instead of a soup. They ran out of glasses for beer so we had pop cups for the beer.
Wings were not as warm as they should be but had a good taste, pizza wasn’t as warm as they forgot to bring it to the table when it came out. Pizza taste good. THE sauce a bit sweeter THEN NORMAL PIZZA.
Great place to watch the game.

Experience was amazing, one hiccup though. They requested a deposit for my party of18 and they forgot to apply it to the food order. I was promised a refund. Now the wait . Other than that, it was exactly as expected. Very attentive and the food was amazing , we had more than enough to take home and everyone enjoyed it.

We went here a couple of weeks ago for my son’s birthday and it was great. Good is always great but the service was top tier. Thanks to their evening manager Mercedes. Made sure we were well taken care of. Definitely going back. Our guests were very satisfied and full.

My boyfriend and I brought a friend to try the food — we were so embarrassed! We asked the server to bring out the pizza first, and then after about 10 minutes, the two burgers and Caesar salads. Instead, they brought everything at the same time, forgot to bring us a knife, mixed up the ranch with the Coke, and never once came to ask if everything was okay with our food (probably because she knew everything got cold while we were eating the pizza). The guys’ burgers were ice cold, and the fries — I don’t even want to talk about them.
All in all, we’re never coming back again.

Paisans Pizza has some of the best pizza around! Everything was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. On top of that, our server Nina was amazing—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Great food and excellent service make this place a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Ahhh! I have to say staff here is 50/50 the hostess are always snooty and rude. When will they change them. There is half amazing brilliant waiters and the other half is rude and have had bad experiences with their behaviors. The managers kind of loom around the place not really doing anything just talking the whole time don’t like that. Sometimes semi well at cleaning sometimes those booth seats and tables are sticky yuck. As a true Chicagoan knows this is NOT a deep dish. This is stuffed. They didn’t have a picture for it so it was the biggest misleading item should label it stuffed. Looks are deceiving because the taste of pizza lacked wow factor the tomatoe sauce was hardly on there considering a true deep dish has sauce on TOP and lots… the nachos looked exciting again looks are deceiving because we ordered buffalo chicken nachos and they were a hearty price and the taste was not worth it. The Buffalo is so acidic if it came without it would be better tasted cheap quality Buffalo. The garnishes lacked sour cream and veggies. And the black beans were so bland. The waiter was the only thing nice thing here. It’s a hit or miss with service. The original paisans had way better service consistently. We always get the thin crust and that’s way better than this excuse for a “deep dish”
