What a hidden gem of a place! I can see the appeal: open seating at the bar and live band on patio. The food was so good! Portions could be a bit bigger for the price, but in all fairness I think we got their at the end of dinner rush. I would love to go back nd try some other fusion plates.

We are all totally thrilled with this restaurant, we were there with 5 people, booked online everything was great. The service absolutely friendly and fast, the dishes were very delicious and also nicely presented. That evening, a pleasant country singer also played. On the whole, we were very satisfied and we will come back! The Pineapple Cider alone is worth a visit!

One of the best experiences of my life! My partner and I were visiting from Canada. I am a Bar Manager for a top ranking Canadian restaurant, and my partner is a chef also at a top ranking Canadian restaurant. I only mention this because I want it to be clear that this place is AMAZING on the most professional level. The atmosphere is amazing, the food is next level. The chefs and bartender Hayley were so accommodating for my gluten allergy (celiac). Sublime themed room!? Come ON! Hayley also went above and beyond to answer our “touristy” questions with total grace. This is the place to be.

Amazing service and even better food. You can’t go wrong with Haetae Oceanside. Their fried chicken is on point. They even have incredible vegan options. The kimchi was so good. The space has an awesome ambience too and would be fantastic for a night out with friends or your significant other. I can’t recommend it enough.

Ordered the spicy pork kogi Hawaiian plate and it was very disappointing. It was written as “thinly sliced” but it’s more like pulled pork… except the consistency is closer to mush. It was also too salty; I couldn’t eat more than 2 bites.
