My band and I always go to this Dennys after gigs. Considering it’s usually the only place open when we need to eat we always go out of our way to come here. However the best part about this Dennys is our usual server. He truly makes the experience 10x better than expected. An example is they had just ran out of my favorite soda and he went to the store next door to make sure I had it with my meal. We couldn’t ask for a better server and friend when we head to this Dennys.

I Woke up very hungry and decided to go to Denny’s on a Saturday morning, the second, I walked through the door, I was nicely greeted from the Denny’s team then i was greeted by my waiter cira. The food came out fast, hot, fresh and everything tasted really good she was very nice and prompt with my order and I definitely felt like i was part of the Denny’s Family. I definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family, I will be coming back very soon!

No reservations is a bad policy. Called this morning to reserve tables for a group of 40. Rhonda informed me the policy is to not take reservations and there may or may not be room the day I requested. I told her I understand policy and suggested maybe in the future they could take reservations. She rudely hung up on me without any further discussion. Because of this we are taking our business elsewhere. -700-1000$ right there.

On September 28, 2025 my husband & I went to Denny’s on Baker Ave down the street from Santa Rosa Ave. As we sat down & ordered our food, my husband had the triple burger. He stated that it was greasy & oily with no seasonings. I saw his hands oily from the burger. He used alot of paper towels to wiped his hands. I ordered Chicken fried steak with white bread on the side. I almost took a bite out of my bread until I saw a fly in it. Gross me out & lost my appetite. I told the waiter about it & he just brushed it off like it was nothing, like those things happened before. Like for real??

The staff here lack communication, sense of urgency and overall professionalism. Every interaction I’ve had here came with atrocious customer service. If you’re the owner and are reading this, I would encourage you to conduct an audit. Send in a secret shopper and see what results you yield. Changes need to be made, big time.
