This isn’t the first time that we had issues with primanti Brothers food
All three of us got sick from this meal
Not sure why but my son got sick
My daughter got sick
I also became sick
We could not stay out of the bathroom That’s why we left so abruptly
This has happened at three different restaurants of primanti Brothers
This one, South hills village area on route 19, and the one in Robinson township as well.
Robinson township being the worst because they had an addition put on and they seated us right under a leaky roof.
I’ll never forget that
I have no desire to contact anybody from this place
Three different experiences at three different times at three different locations is more than enough for me to say primanti Brothers is horrible beyond anything

Service was great The food not so much
Typical for primanti brothers food taste like crap

Great spot for lunch or dinner. I stop in a Primanti Bros. every time I am in the area for business. Winter time so sat inside. Have to have to PB Reuben . Wonderful staff at the bar Stop in and give it a try. Won’t disappoint.

Met up for a dinner date last night. The food was fantastic, and our service was wonderful (I think his name was Damien?). Highly recommend the pina colada drink with the little rubber ducky! The fried pickles are ALWAYS my go to and were exellent as usual. Tonight I tried the Korean BBQ wings and The Capone tall boy sandwich. Absolutely chef’s kiss!

I haven’t live in Pittsburgh for over 15 years. This was such a great experience. The food was crazy good. Thank you cooking staff.

We were seated without being told the restaurant was short staffed, and it was clear the entire team was overwhelmed. Our server worked hard and remained professional, and she is the only reason this isn’t a one-star review. Management did not step in to support the staff when it was needed. My cheesesteak bomb arrived burnt, and was nearly inedible. Halfway through, I found a long hair in the sandwich. The service effort was appreciated, but leadership and quality control were lacking.

Visiting first time from Florida – I tried the PB Reuben — it was good overall! I didn’t expect it to come with slaw, and I’m personally not a fan of slaw, but it was still tasty. The bread and the meat were both excellent. The environment was nice, although I noticed all the TVs had an error screen, which was a little distracting. One thing that stood out: when I informed a staff member that I’m deaf, she laughed. I’m not sure what her intention was, but I stayed patient and chose not to let it ruin my experience. Overall, the food was solid.

I had family in from England and wanted to show them true Pittsburgh fare. Eight people ranging 18 months to 80. Excellent service. Menu has something for every taste. Sturdy boxes for leftovers. The place is spotless. This was not my first choice but so glad it was my final one.

At first I was bummed out because of this location running out of the giant pretzel. First world problems, I know. But then I decided to go for the Reuben fries and they did not disappoint.

Our server was nice and took our order in a timely fashion, the drunk duck tasted just like it does at every other location, and the restaurant was clean and not too noisy. Not too much to say about Primantis I havent already said, since I’ve reviewed a few, but all in all a positive experience.

Restaurant was not busy and service was slow. Man host slash managing kitchen was cleaning his ear with paper towels while sitting in booth. Seemingly two new servers who were just told by pointing to a section where to take food and they were confused.
