Had to pull to the side and wait for my food. An unnecessary inconvenience since no one was behind me. They did it to keep their drive-thru time low. The food was fresh and very good though.

Terrible. I waited in a line with 2 cars in front none behind. It took over 20 mins and the girl opened the window and said there is just 3 of us here and I’m going home in a minute. The outside doors were locked so no one could go in. This is at 2 in the afternoon ! As I pulled around I saw 5 cars pulled up to go in and could not. And there were about 8 cars in the drive thru. Do not know who manages the store but the employees inside were laughing and cutting up. Sad experience! This franchise lost a lot of customers and money today !

Good food and pleasant staff. Service was a bit slow particularly since I was the only person in the dining room. The dining area needed to be cleaned and the bathrooms were a bit dated but otherwise a positive experience.

I’m writing this review to let others know to avoid this Wendy’s location. The location on tower road is well below the standards that you would expect from Wendy’s. After a fresh remodel I decided to give them another chance, after a lengthy wait I ordered the number 12 which is a chicken sandwich with jalapeños and cost, for a small $9.89. The sandwich came out really fast but was dry and had to have been cooked over 30 minutes before I ordered. This Wendy’s has been bad for a very long time and should be avoided.

Said please hold for a minute at drive through computer was down then said they were backed up with two cars already ordered in front of me no one in the side then when I said hello hello I just want to Frosty that’s it they told me they’re backed up if you don’t like it go somewhere else and this was on August 22nd at 6:00 with two kids in the car at 100° outside with no AC

I’m sure it’s a sign of the times that there are changes to almost everything on the menu. Understandable, but I hope the chili I got this week was just an error and not a new norm. Much more watery, more beans, less flavor. Burger patties seem smaller/flatter too. It’s still Wendy’s though, and still good.
