To be fair, sometimes I get food here and it’s pretty good. But lately, it’s been very disappointing. Yesterday I spent $18 on a shrimp and chicken tender combo meal. I know for a fact it was not a quarter pound of shrimp, and it was pretty much inedible anyway, very soggy breading and dried out shrimp. And then the chicken tenders barely had any chicken. I don’t think I’ll be taking my chances anymore. But I wanted to warn y’all.

The young man that runs the drive through in the mornings is always so kind. I think he’s a manager but Im not entirely sure. His attitude is the reason I always return because he makes me feel like a valued customer and it genuinely seems like he looks out for others. The food is always fresh and tasty and if there are any issues with my order, they always fix the issue. Very good people work here

Really Popeyes? $6.49 for a tiny dry burnt shriveled chicken nugget on a bun? I used to go here every time I left Meijer after grocery shopping, but no more, this is the 3rd time in a row it has been very disappointing. Also, save your generic “wErE sOrRy ThIs DiDnT mEeT yOuR eXpEcTaTiOnS, wE hOpE tO sErVe YoU iN tHe FuTuRe” where you do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Pretty soon, you’ll be serving nobody in the future…

It’s a fast food joint. Not my favorite for chicken but I like that they offer more than just fries as a side option. VERY few chicken restaurants offer more than that. Great for large group orders.

Just once I would like to order something other than a sandwich and get what I want within 15 minutes. I usually hear, after paying, that it will be 10 minutes or more for what I ordered, or I can have this other option. If I hadn’t paid, I would have drove off. If I would have been told before paying, maybe I will consider my options. The drive thru crew has this routine down to an art. This happens at most Popeyes locations.
