The older female manager is horrible and needs a lot more training for this position, the young man taking the order didn’t get any of the order correct and then the young girl wanted me to pull up to another window to wait on a soft drink. this is the worst service I have ever had in my life at any business. The entire crew needs to be trained properly except Amanda and she needs to be in management because she is the only competent one working there. Needless to say I hope the owner Mr. Farris gets a view of this location and makes necessary improvements,

I’m not usually one to complain, but what I can not stand is being lied to over something so simple. I ordered a Big Mac meal through the drive-thru & asked for the Mac sauce to be put on the side. I noticed on the screen that they charged me .50 for an additional side of Mac sauce so I asked them about that & they said they would fix it & to pull on up. I asked for a receipt when I got to the window & was told that the printer was not working, but they assured me they did not charge for me the Mac sauce to be on the side. Just went to look through my previous orders on the app & sure enough, the girl working the window lied straight to my face. Very unnecessary lying to a customer over 50 cents.

Literally go any where else. I put in an order a few weeks ago that got royally messed up, was promised a refund in 24 hours. Still waiting for that. Then today I get a meal and there is a cut string from someone’s hoodie in the fries?! Are you kidding. The only good thing from this store is the older lady in the mornings that takes care of the customers. But seriously, how do you not notice this in the fries? Or was it seen and you didn’t care enough to take it out. And when something like that happens and I try to call the store and repeatedly the phone was answered and hung up. I could hear the store in the back ground. You just didn’t wanna talk? Do better. So many times this location has failed to reach basic, minimal standards for customer service. While doordashing as well, they don’t care about the customers or the food.

The staff were incredibly disorganized and none of them knew what had happened to our food that we had to send back because it had a problem. In addition to being out of several parts of our order and more importantly not telling us till after we had already paid then they tried to give us our food without those missing items without telling us.

My daughter and I went to McDonald’s to try the new grinch meals. She got the chicken nugget grinch meal and I got the big mac meal. After waiting for over an hour in the drive though and being pulled up to the 3rd window and left sitting there for an additional 20 mins the girl finally brings our food. It comes in a bag not the grinch box that was advertised. My daughter’s nugget box was opened and her nuggets had spilled inside the bag. And there was none of the dill pickle grinch salt in the bag. I was not told that they were out if it.When I get home with our food my big mac was so crappy made. There was no middle bun on it and it was cold. It’s absolutely ridiculous to wait that long and pay over $26 dollars for crappy food and service. I will not be back to this McDonald’s.

If I could give zero stars I would. We waited 10 minutes trying to order 2 drinks. Their drive thru so full and cars were getting out of line because the wait was so long.
There were 7 people waiting for their order when we got there. A woman in front of us was waiting for 15 minutes to order.
We left without ordering as no one was in front of the store to help customers. There’s always a problem going to any McDonald’s!!! Will not be back here EVER!!!!!

Order a 10 piece meal and they gave me a 6 piece and 4 piece box and that would be ok EXCEPT the nuggets had to have been from lunch time and the 6 piece was missing 2.
So i didnt get what I ordered.

Worst mcds ive ever had. Driest, puck of a burger. A fist full of lettuce and stale bread. Even the fries.
Utterly vile. Its my fault for going to a mcd in halls.
