Would def give -0 stars if I could! I feel sorry for the managers that have such a bad staff, people work there like they don’t want to be there. I have to deal with their impolite attitude everyday. I go to this place because it is next to my gym. Besides the shitty customer service, mobile order sucks… I ordered 4 times a bowl and it all came wrong. They don’t add the extra portion that you pay for, and yesterday they didn’t do it again… this places needs help asap.

I read all of the VERY funny reviews about how horrible the staff here was, and decided to order online! Great experience! Food was delicious and I didn’t have to see a soul, I kicked my daughter out of the car in the rain and made her run in there and deal with those animals! 10/10 recommend doing this!

Went in today cause they had their bogo deal going. It was a mad house , line around the store and the workers were just going off. All in all with how busy it was they got it done well, definitely took some time to get to the front but they were going nonstop the whole time i was there. Also the women who made the second half of my burrito is the best perfect roll and portions every time . Obvs chipotle can be a hit or miss, it is still one of my favorite foods.

Very bad service, the people they attend look angry and very serious and they also cannot wrap a burrito, nor do they change their gloves.
It seems to me that they should be a little kinder when charging the cashier.
And they should clean up their work area as well.

Came here for lunch today around 2:30pm and the staff all had attitudes. The guac that I paid for tastes like avocados weren’t properly ripe (confirmed by the person I came with) and the tomatoes were clearly not fresh. The lobby was dirty and this was overall such a poor experience for me. Please do better chipotle. It takes nothing to for workers to smile.

Such rude and disgusting staff to deal with. They have teenagers at the front with their arms crossed, completely unapproachable. I asked where the pick up area was and they just point as they roll their eyes. I apparently was bothering them by asking the EMPLOYEES for some help. The order I placed online was not ready when I (politely) asked the lady at the pick up area, who also had a bad attitude. She then tossed my bag up at me on the counter. I was bothering her at her JOB too which is probably why my order was wrong and a complete disappointment. I didn’t open the bag till I got to work. There was barely any meat and there were not all the toppings I requested. No guacamole that I paid extra for either. I reached out to customer service explaining what was wrong with photos attached, asking for a refund for the meal I did not eat. They sent me a coupon for a free soft drink? No where an equivalent to the $15 meal I paid for and didn’t get correctly, which I told them. It took some time to hear back and receive a BOGO entree coupon. Of course a BOGO deal so that I spend some more money at this horrible company. Do better. Train your staff better. Have better standards for your staff and the product you give out.

January 30, 2026 around 10pm I was getting my food and the costumer service was terrible. One was being inconsiderate of the line and was cleaning the food line when clearly the other workers wanted to get the line moving forward. The cashier was so mean and didn’t care of giving me the wrong order. The food line guy had a face he didn’t wanna talk to no one. Honestly I expected better from custumer service like other days but not today. This problem should get fixed.

I always make sure to check my food before eating, and this time I’m especially glad I did. After picking up my order from the Chipotle Medford branch and getting ready to eat at home, I noticed a white and grayish string-like object in my dish that I couldn’t identify. It was even more concerning to find this because the bowl was prepared by the manager on duty. Please see images below. This was quite unsettling….Yuck!!!!!!

Was doing Uber eats waiting a while at the window to pick up the order. Big girl making the food didn’t even acknowledge me. All of a sudden a latina girl with red hair and glasses comes up behind me saying excuse me really obnoxiously over and over. She then preceded to say I need to sign in go wait out in the dining area which made no sense and she didn’t even sign into anything. She the. Walked to bathroom saying your all pissing me off. This was November 12th around 330 pm. Really rude, I still waited by the window to finally pick up my order.
