We saw a video review about how delicious the flatbread pizza was so we decided to take a drive out to see how it was. It seemed that they attempted to warm it, but it was still quite cold. It had a strong and tangy tomato flavor which seem like it had a short cooking time. We also had a pepperoni slice which was pretty good, but small for the price. Finally we had two deserts. A slice of delicious chocolate cake and a slice of lemon cake which was also pretty good.

D. Palmieri’s Bakery is an absolute gem! Their spinach pies are hands-down the best I’ve ever had—flaky, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. The pizza strips are a Rhode Island classic done right, with just the right balance of sauce and crispy dough. And don’t even get me started on the pastries—every bite is pure heaven! The brownies are rich, fudgy, and absolutely addictive. Whether you’re grabbing a quick snack or picking up treats for a gathering, D. Palmieri’s never disappoints. A must-visit for anyone who loves amazing food! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The pizza strips were very flavorful — delicious! I’d definitely get them again. However, to be perfectly honest, the texture on some of the other things was just a bit off (for example, hard crusts, or, in the case of the cannoli, super soft shell). Some of the flavors, too. I could say more, but I’ll leave it there — besides, it was raining, and I’m sure a bunch of other factors could have affected things…
Also, the service was great, as was the general atmosphere.

I asked how much the order I put in came to, she told me 18.39, I’m just gonna charge $20. She didn’t ask she told me. I was using card too, if it was cash I’d understand. She was rude from the beginning, I wouldn’t have tipped but she didn’t really give me an option and charged me before I could get a word in. Didn’t seem happy when I told her I’m still looking at the selection either. There was only one other person in line it was not busy.

I’ve tried many pizza strips over the years, but none come even close to being as good as this place. I’m originally from RI, but now live in Northern, NH. Whenever I go down to visit family I always make it a point to stop by and grab some pizza strips. They also have amazing pastries and spinach pies. Very friendly staff too.

The pastery i enjoy BUT, I bought a custard pie for the holiday and it tasted like a pie from any grocery store.I thought they baked them..NOT. It was obvious by the crust

D. Palmieris was a huge help to me, I’m in town visiting family and wanted to make cannolis and no one sold shells and when I called they were more than happy to have them made and ready for me the next day. From the look and smell of it everything looked great I wish I could’ve eaten everything. They have pizza , heros, and all your bakery needs.
