If I could give zero stars, I would, Terrible Service. Today, I went to elmwood with my son for some food. Before I left, I checked my food to make sure everything was correct. As I ask about my fries, as seen in the first picture, they say” have you ever ate at a Five guys before?” I then stated that I did and that’s why I was upset about my fries because they handled it with ZERO care. I also asked for everything on my burgers and hotdog, I did not get that. I ended up paying 50$ on some food Tha didn’t even have any toppings but meat, cheese and the bun. the service is horrible, manager was rude as well, they don’t handle the food with care at all.

Three of us went and thought the double cheeseburger with everything was great. The service was good. A large fries could easily feed a family of five. The small fry is truly a single serving. The quality of the burgers was very good and everything you would expect for the price. The coke machine was a bit off, the Coke Zero mix was inaccurate. But the burgers were Yummy! We are going again.

Hunger: burger. Find the fry down in the bag now. Take your time, order two. Extra seasoning. Season, coming from the late 14 century: sesounen, meaning the right season or correct time, grew to mean become fit for use (from etymonline). Is it the appropriate time for fries. That night, I said yes.

Five Guys’ Bacon Cheeseburger is a messy, meaty masterpiece. Juicy patties, crispy bacon, and melty cheese all stacked in a toasted bun that barely holds it together—because flavor this big refuses to be contained. Pair it with a mountain of fries and brace yourself for delicious chaos.

I stopped in during the lunch rush for a quick lunch. The dining area was mostly filled and the staff was visibly working hard behind the counter. I ordered my meal on the kiosk, customizing my burger and fries to my liking. Less than 10 minutes later, I was leaving with my food. Everything was just as I ordered and tasted great. Five guys is a bit more expensive than some other burger joints, but the quality and portion sizes justify their pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Pretty good straight forward hamburgers, fries, sandwiches and shakes. Nothing to write home about but good for a quick bite at a good price without doing a drive-thru

Five guys never disappointed. Fresh salted fries, a juicy double bacon cheese burger with grilled onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. No complaints here, just wish I had two burgers!!!

The counter person, was very polite. They made me a good order of fries. My burger was perfect as the Lord intended. Back in my day there were only four guys and its was called Foursomes Wiener and Bun Hut. 4/5 guys only know this story. They only accepted casino chips and you had to pay a nickel at the door. They were out of cups so I said just put them in the bag and because I was so nice they gave me a bunch of extra fries. Thats why when you go they give you extra fries. After that they become foursomes wieners and freedom fries, but after the war and being able to get “real meat”. We won the hamburger back from the Nazis they became Five Guys Burgers and Fries. I go there every 3rd Sunday after a good harvest and the peanuts remind me of days past.

This place is seriously overpriced. Don’t get me wrong, they have a decent tasting burger. I just don’t feel my double bacon cheeseburger should have carried a price tag of almost $9…and that’s without fries or a drink. I ordered the Cajun fries and was underwhelmed. They were Cajun, but they could have used some salt as well. Also, they should rethink putting the piping hot fries straight in the cups after pulling them from the grease. By the time I got midways to my cup, the fries were sweaty/soggy and undesirable. I do appreciate the fact that food is cooked to order and you get it hot. Maybe I’ll give them another chance, but will be sure to pour the fries out of the cup as soon as I get them.
